| In recent years,water pollution incidents occur frequently,which has attracted more and more people’s attention.With the steady development in recent decades,the biological monitoring method of water quality and water condition has developed from the initial simple,single-species and single-level to the current complex,multi-species and multi-level integrated applied monitoring method,which can more effectively carry out online water quality monitoring and water quality evaluation.Prevent the occurrence of sudden water pollution events.According to previous studies,when the concentration of pollutants in water reaches the range of fish perception,the physiological and ecological indicators of fish will change.Among known fish,most of them can have a keen perception of changes in water environment,among which the international standard model biological zebrafish is a typical representative.Therefore,it is feasible to reflect changes in water quality by monitoring changes in physiological and ecological indicators of fish.At present,according to the differences in physiological and ecological indicators monitored,online monitoring technologies are mainly divided into the following three types: 1.Online monitoring technology based on biological behavior;2.Online monitoring technology based on biological physiological changes;3.Online monitoring technology based on biological comprehensive indicators.Based on the above three types of online water quality monitoring technologies,this research subject refers to the original monitoring devices BEWs and ORMMS of Ecological Toxicology Laboratory,Institute of Environment and Ecology,Shandong Normal University,improves the online water quality monitoring instrument based on fish behavior and metabolism,and reconstructs the online water quality monitoring instrument based on ECG tracer of fish.BOMs,MOMs and EOMs are developed for water quality early warning and evaluation.In the process of performance verification of the three instruments,biological experiments were carried out for BOMs and MOMs,and simulation verification was carried out for EOMs.1.During the verification process of BOMs and MOMs biological experiments,the blank control group and the DDT experimental group of 0.001 mg/L were set up for internal analysis and comparison of instrumental monitoring data;At the same time,it was compared with the analysis results of existing experimental studies measured by the original laboratory instrument BEWs.It was found that the analysis results of the improved BOMs and MOMs were basically consistent with the experimental results of the control group and the experimental group monitored by BEWs and ORMMS,which verified the function of the improved instrument system.2.In the process of EOMs simulation verification,the functional effectiveness of EOMs was successfully verified by SKX-2000+ ECG signal simulator,and the real-time tracking display of ECG signal and two-dimensional trajectory was realized.However,biological experiment verification should be supplemented in time.In addition,comparing BOMs,MOMs and EOMs with existing instruments of the same type or similar technology at home and abroad,the advantages of practical application of the three instruments are expounded.On this basis,the paper discusses the important contribution significance of BOMs,MOMs system technology improvement and EOMs system technology reconstruction to ecological environmental protection industry.In conclusion,BOMs,MOMs and EOMs have good functional effectiveness and can be used to monitor different physiological and ecological indicators of fish in water environment,so as to achieve the expected goals of monitoring and warning of water environment and water quality evaluation and assessment by using organisms. |
