In recent years,global carbon emissions have grown rapidly,and China has increasingly attached importance to energy conservation and emission reduction,emphasizing the need to incorporate carbon peak and carbon neutrality into the overall layout of ecological civilization construction,making steel enterprises,as representatives of high energy consumption and high emissions,must bear the significant pressure of carbon emission reduction tasks.In this context,carbon performance evaluation of iron and steel enterprises can reflect the efforts made by enterprises to achieve green and low carbon in their production and operation processes,and can obtain information about their carbon emission status,environmental protection investment,technology research and development,to help enterprises deeply understand their carbon management capabilities.Therefore,constructing a set of carbon performance evaluation system to evaluate the low-carbon development of iron and steel enterprises and identify its advantages and disadvantages is of great significance for promoting the sustainable development of the industry.This article first defines the concepts of carbon performance and DSR(Driving Force-State-Response)model,sorts out and comments on relevant research results,elaborates on sustainable development and other theories,and provides theoretical support for the construction of carbon performance evaluation index systems for iron and steel enterprises.Secondly,based on the DSR model,combined with the current situation and characteristics of carbon emissions in steel enterprises,a carbon performance evaluation index for steel enterprises is constructed,and a comprehensive evaluation model is constructed using analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation methods.Then,taking Maanshan Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.as the case study object,the practicability of the carbon performance evaluation system under the dual carbon background is verified,and the carbon performance of Maanshan Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.from 2017 to 2021 is evaluated and analyzed.In addition,to improve the carbon performance level of Maanshan Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.and solve the actual problems of the enterprise,corresponding improvement suggestions are proposed.Finally,summarize the research conclusions of the entire article,including the construction of a carbon performance evaluation system for steel enterprises based on the DSR model,and the application of a carbon performance evaluation system for steel enterprises based on the DSR model;and point out the shortcomings of the research.This article provides theoretical and methodological guidance for the study of carbon performance evaluation,and points out a new path for the construction and application of carbon performance in low-carbon management in iron and steel enterprises. |
