The residual gas recovery method of domestic iron and steel enterprise is given priority to with traditional gas power generation,which has low energy conversion efficiency,and can not meet the development requirements of the current iron and steel enterprises now.As the requirements of iron and steel enterprises to improve energy efficiency and reducing emissions are increasing day by day,how to improve the traditional way of remaining gas utilization,develop the remaining gas efficient recycling project,has become the problem of the iron and steel enterprise to solve.Aiming at this problem,Paper analyzed the remaining gas recycling value and utilization status from the first source of residual gas in iron and steel enterprises to obtain,and proposed the necessity and feasibility of recycling the residual gas effectively.Secondly,paper analyzed the deficiency of the traditional project decision method,with the current popular ultrahigh pressure gas power generation and combined cycle power generation project as the object by using the analytic hierarchy process(ahp)and fuzzy evaluation method to establish the residual gas efficient recycling project comprehensive evaluation model of scheme selection process.And then paper analyzed the residual gas efficient recycling project core equipment,key project selection influence factors,and through the multi-index comprehensive evaluation method,TOPSIS method and other methods to build the research target of evaluation index system and evaluation model.Finally,paper established the iron and steel enterprise residual gas efficient reuse project process and equipment selection index system and evaluation model.At last,the evaluation method and model is established on the residual gas of high efficient recycling project for an iron and steel group as the background and example.Paper put the method on project implementation through the modeling and calculation of the concrete scheme,and analyzed the evaluation results,then demonstrated the scientific nature and operability of the evaluation system.Paper provides a theoretical method for this type of project evaluation choice,has a certain practicality and popularization value.
