In this paper,the possible existence of phthalate plasticizers,photoinitiators and antioxidants in PE coated paper lunch boxes was studied,and their migration laws and migration behavior to different kinds of food simulants through packaging materials under specific working conditions were analyzed.Two main plasticizers,DEP,DBP,and three photoinitiators,BP,EDAB,and CBP,were selected as the research objects to explore their effects at different temperatures(40 ℃,60 ℃,80 ℃,100 ℃)and different food simulating liquids(Migration behavior in 4 % acetic acid solution,10 % salt solution,isooctane),the migration experimental samples were pretreated by ultrasonic extraction and vortex method,and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)was used to determine different working conditions The migration rates of the five harmful substances were compared and analyzed.The study found that the increase in temperature would lead to an increase in the mobility of the five harmful substances,and the time for the migration system to reach the migration equilibrium was also shortened.The equilibrium at 100 ℃ The mobility is about 10 % higher than that at 40 ℃,and the mobility to different types of food simulants varied,with isooctane being the highest,4 % acetic acid solution the second highest and 10 % salt solution the lowest.To study the migration behavior of five hazardous substances,DEP,DBP,BP,EDAB,and CBP under different microwave power conditions(400 W,600 W,800 W),two types of food simulants(4% acetic acid solution and 10% salt solution)were selected.)to carry out migration experiments,and it was found that the mobility is positively correlated with the microwave power.Different substances have different responses to the types of food simulants.Under the condition of 800 W power,the equilibrium mobility of BP,EDAB and CBP in 4 % acetic acid solution exceeds that in 10 % salt solution by 25 %,30 % and 35 %at the same power,respectively.Under the conditions of different random vibration levels(level I,level II,level III),five kinds of harmful substances such as DEP,DBP,BP,EDAB and CBP were studied to two types of food simulants(4 % acetic acid solution and 10 % salt solution).),the data show that the mobility of five harmful substances into 4 % acetic acid solution is higher than that of 10 % salt solution,and the random vibration levels are different,the mobility of level I >the mobility of level II > level The level of random vibration has little effect on the mobility of plasticizer,the difference between level III and level I is about 5%,and the mobility of photoinitiator under level I condition is 10% higher than that of level III condition.about.The results show that the effects of temperature and microwave power on DEP,DBP,BP,EDAB and CBP in PE coated paper are in line with the Crank model.Using Origin software to carry out regression analysis on the experimental value of random vibration,the newly established mathematical model has a high correlation coefficient with the experimental value,and the migration behavior of similar hazardous substances in the range of acceleration values grms 0.37-0.73 can be accurately predicted.
