| Tableware products are one of the essential tools in people’s daily life.Among them,stainless steel tableware has become the main manufacturing material of tableware products because of its advantages of oxidation resistance,corrosion resistance and durability.Research and analysis of the production process of stainless steel tableware products,that is,metal material forming research,the production process usually involves stamping,extrusion,forging,casting and welding and other processing technology research.In recent years,China’s stainless steel tableware manufacturing industry in product design,development system,production capacity and other aspects of continuous improvement of their own advantages,the global market has a strong competitive edge.However,in terms of the application of advanced system technology in the production of tableware products,there is a lack of digital level of product and production tool management,mold production and manufacturing methods are more traditional,mold manufacturing cycle is long and other problems,compared with the application level of foreign countries still have a large space for improvement.Based on the above problems,this paper takes the manufacturing process of stainless steel tableware products as the main body of research from the perspective of the application of advanced manufacturing technology,and carries out research on the tableware manufacturing process of a stainless steel tableware products Co.The main research contents,methods and results of this paper are as follows.(1)In solving the digital management design of stainless steel tableware products,firstly,according to the tableware products’ own characteristics to establish a self-built coding system for tableware products in line with the actual needs of production,which can accurately describe the characteristics of tableware products,manufacturing processes,basic dimensions and other important information,followed by the use of K-means clustering algorithm to achieve intelligent grouping of tableware products,and finally the use of principal component analysis(PCA)method was used to group the manufacturing of new tableware products.The results show that the classification and coding system can improve the design efficiency of tableware products.(2)In terms of solving the problem of intelligent design and manufacturing of tableware products,we use VB.NET language to carry out secondary development of Solid Works software,study its application in the manufacturing process of stainless steel tableware products,and design an intelligent design and manufacturing system applicable to tableware products.The results show that the production molds designed by the intelligent design and manufacturing system can be applied to the actual production and processing of tableware products,and the purpose of ultimately shortening the overall product design cycle and improving the production efficiency of tableware products is achieved by improving the mold design and processing cycle.This paper researches the application of advanced manufacturing technologies such as grouping technology,computer-aided design,modular design,and parallel design to achieve the organic integration of intelligent grouping of cutlery products,establishment of digital models,process design scheme development,and processing mold auxiliary design,accomplishing the purpose of improving product design efficiency,shortening design cycle,and enhancing production efficiency. |
