With the recent outbreak of the new coronavirus pneumonia, sterilization and protective materials have attracted more and more attention of scientific researchers.People need to find some efficient antibacterial materials to resist bacteria.MOFs are hot research materials in the past decade, and they have potential applications in energy storage, gas separation, catalytic separation, sensing, and antibacterial.ZIF is a non-toxic,low-cost,and biocompatible zinc-based MOFs material with good antibacterial effect. In this paper, the preparation conditions of ZIF were first investigated and optimized, and the optimal synthesis conditions of ZIF were obtained.ZIF is dispersed on bio-based materials such as chitosan or sodium alginate to improve the dispersibility and stability of ZIF.On this basis, the application research of ZIF-chitosan-cloth ternary material was carried out,and the in-situ growth law and distribution of ZIF-chitosan on different fabrics, and the effect of interaction on antibacterial properties were investigated, laying the foundation for the commercial application of this material.(1)The conditions for preparing ZIF materials by in situ synthesis were investigated and optimized, and the effects of different synthesis conditions and water stability on the structure and antibacterial properties of ZIF materials were studied. The optimal conditions for the synthesis were as follows: room temperature, the molar ratio of zinc nitrate hexahydrate and methylimidazole was 1:8,and the solvent was methanol(50 m L).The antibacterial evaluation showed that the ZIF-67 of 0.2 g/L had a bacteriostatic rate of more than 92% against the two bacteria, and the antibacterial circle reached the maximum.(2)The effect of chitosan and sodium alginate for dispersing ZIF materials was studied, and the effects of the ratio of chitosan to ZIF,the action time, the sample concentration and other factors on the antibacterial properties were investigated. The ZIF-chitosan composites were characterized by XRD,FT-IR,SEM,BET,TG,XPS,etc.It is proved that the material has good biocompatibility and can well disperse ZIF to prevent the loss of ZIF material. The antibacterial evaluation showed that the antibacterial ability of ZIF-chitosan composite material was better than that of single ZIF material, and the antibacterial rate could reach100%.(3)The growth law and distribution of ZIF-chitosan materials on three kinds of fabrics(non-woven fabrics,non-woven paper and cotton fibers)were studied, and the tensile strength, moisture content and antibacterial properties of the fabrics were evaluated. The results show that the transverse tensile strength of the three fabrics is greater than 8 N/M,and the moisture content is ≥700%;and the materials have obvious antibacterial effects, which meet the national antibacterial standards, laying a foundation for the further development of practical antibacterial materials.
