| In order to improve the quality and efficiency of gun drilling,the mechanical properties of drill pipe play a vital role.Therefore,we need to analyze the main factors affecting the mechanical properties of drill pipe,such as the axial force,rotating speed and auxiliary support,in order to explore the mechanism of improving the stability of gun drill pipe.Therefore,the main research content of this paper includes the analysis of the factors affecting the mechanical properties of drill pipe,and to explore the mechanism of dynamic characteristics of deep-hole drill pipe.Based on the analysis of the forces acting on the gun drill during machining,the“Microelement” method is combined with Johnson-Cook flow stress model and Oxley shear angle model,a machining mechanical model of gun drill bit is established,which includes tool geometry parameters,cutting parameters and material mechanical properties.It can provide more accurate mechanical analysis for gun drilling,and help to optimize machining parameters and improve machining efficiency.The accuracy of the mechanical model of gun drilling is verified by experiments,which provides a theoretical basis for the optimization of process parameters.Through the comparison and analysis of the simulation modal frequency and the test modal frequency,the reliability of the results of the simulation modal analysis and the experimental modal analysis is proved.On this basis,using the Drill Pipe Abaqus simulation software to further analyze the drill pipe system parameters on the impact of the drill pipe modal law.It is found that the diameter,length,support position,axial force and spindle speed have great influence on the natural frequency of drill pipe.The lateral System dynamics model of the drill pipe is used to calculate the System dynamics response of the drill pipe,and the natural frequency of the drill pipe system is obtained.The vibration displacement and acceleration data of drill pipe system are collected by hammering method to analyze and contrast the modal and dynamic response of drill pipe system,the feasibility of the model of drill pipe System dynamics was verified.The drill pipe System dynamics model was used to analyze the stability of the gun drill pipe system.In the course of analysis,we find that axial force,rotation speed and support constraints have an effect on the natural frequency and stability of drill pipe system.In particular,the axial force will reduce the natural frequency of the drill pipe system,while the rotating speed and auxiliary support can effectively increase the stability of the drill pipe system. |
