With the rapid development of modern manufacturing, the processed workpiece materials change with each passing day and cutting and cutting tool technology are faced with various challenges. Hole machining tool, as an important part in the family of cutting tool, is variety and wide range. It has played an irreplaceable role in the modern machinery manufacturing industry. Deep hole machining technology, as a kind of special machining technology of the family of hole, has its unique in the field of mechanical processing of a complete set of processing methods. There will be a series of problems in the process of the deep hole processing, such as chip breaking and chip removal difficult, The process is not visible, unevenly stressing, Heat dissipation difficulty, wear quickly, Guide block configuration is not reasonable, the hole axis of the machined workpiece is skewed. So, deep hole machining technology has been the great attention of experts and scholars at home and abroad.This paper studied the BTA deep hole drilling technology. According to the problems in deep hole drill processing, such as drilling force uneven and drilling stability, are analyzed respectively. Based on the deep hole processing in the process of cutting force analysis of the process, established the mechanics model of deep hole drill and in deep hole machining is studied in the calculation method of c utting force, torque and power.On the basis of the analysis of the force analysis in deep hole processing, established machine clip-on indexable BTA deep hole drill solid model by Pro/E. The static analysis was carried out by introducing the solid model into the ANSYS Workbench software, and the dynamic analysis of drilling process is carried out by using Deform-3D finite element analysis software. Obtained the displacement deformation under the static state and the force fluctuation diagram of axial cutting force and torque in the drilling process of deep hole drill. The method of dealing with the force fluctuation of drill bit is discussed. In this paper, according to the defects of the original wrong tooth BTA deep hole drill, a new structure of the staggered teeth BTA deep hole drill is designed. Similarly, three dimensional modeling of drill bit is carried out, and the static analysis and the dynamic analysis of drilling are carried out by using the finite element software. Through the comparison and analysis with the original deep hole drill bit data, the new structure of the staggered teeth BTA deep hole drill bit to a certain extent, improve the mechanical properties and stability.
