The power diagram is an effective means to analyze and diagnose the working conditions of oil production wells and the working performance of oil production equipment.At present,the power diagram measurement technology of the oil production wells is mainly to carry out cable online monitoring by installing a load sensor on the suspension rope and installing an angular displacement sensor at the bearing in the beam,the complexity of the downhole working conditions of the pumping well,combined with the complex installation and disassembly,high cost,poor safety,and reliability,has caused a rise in rod and pipe friction-otherwise known as the light rod.The ground’s monitoring of the underground pumping pump’s work map is vastly disparate from its actual functioning,due to the liquid column and vibration loads,etc.The precision of oil gauging and the rate of diagnosing were the outcomes.Therefore,this paper has developed a plunger pump analyzer,which can accurately detect the real-time operation of the deep well pump,and can provide valuable data for the diagnosis and analysis of the deep well pump.At the same time,it can also provide a reliable reference for the power map oil technology of the oil production well.This article’s research content and outcomes are mainly divided into three sections:(1)The structural composition,working principle,motion and load change law of the suspension point and the oil measurement technology principle of the light rod power diagram and pump power diagram are analyzed.The plunger pump analyzer’s software and hardware design scheme is established through functional demand analysis.(2)The mechanical structure of the plunger pump analyzer is designed,and the key parts and the whole are three-dimensionally modeled using Solidworks software.The ANSYS Workbench,when combined,is used to assess and calculate the structural strength and sealing performance of the structure,thus guaranteeing its safety and sealing.Construct a two-channel data acquisition system,utilizing the MEGAL16 microcontroller as its primary control chip,with a signal amplification,filter and analog-to-digital conversion circuit as its foundation.The load,along with other signal processing circuits such as the RF remote control transmitter and level conversion circuit,is present.(3)Based on the integrated development environment of AVR Studio and Visual Studio2019,C and C++ are used to write single-chip microcomputer data acquisition programs,pumping rod leading programs and upper computer software programs.The upper computer software mainly includes human-computer interaction,data processing and storage.And functional modules such as graphical display;finally,the prototype was tested for simulation wells and field wells.The mechanical structure of the plunger pump analyzer,which has been developed,is more condensed;its strength and sealing performance meet the criteria,and the collected data is without packet loss-all of which are demonstrated by the results.In real time,the signal can be gathered and retained with a satisfactory human-computer interface,resulting in reduced power consumption,extended battery life,dependability,and stability.The underground pump can precisely simulate the data and graph matching rate. |
