Vibration centrifuge as one of the key equipment of coal preparation plant,its stability,power consumption and service life will directly affect the production efficiency of coal preparation plant.Due to the change of vibration body temperature,material particle size,load and other working conditions in the actual operation of the centrifuge,the natural frequency of the second body may fluctuate,thus affecting the stability of the sieve basket amplitude,and may further cause the power consumption of the centrifuge increase,efficiency reduction,life attenuation and other problems.However,because the traditional control method can only control the amplitude under single working condition,it can not meet the actual requirements of variable load and multiple working conditions.So in considering influence centrifuge stability under the premise of working condition of a variety of factors,based on intelligent algorithm to build the second plastid inherent frequency analysis model,and based on this research centrifuge vibration control method,working condition of actual changes driven dynamic optimization control,will be to improve vibrating centrifuge stability,improve the work efficiency and prolong the service life of the has important significanceIn this study,the dynamic model of the vibration body of the vibrating centrifuge was established,and the relevant factors affecting the natural frequency of the second body were determined.Secondly,the correlation analysis of multiple factors was carried out through the experimental data,and the mapping model of multiple factors to the natural frequency of the second plast was built based on GBDT algorithm.Then,according to the model analysis results,the control strategy of vibration motor based on Fuzzy-Smith controller was determined,and a dynamic optimal control method of vibration centrifuge based on Smith predictive model and GBDT algorithm was proposed.Finally,a dynamic control testing platform for vibrating centrifuge was designed based on Lab VIEW software,and an example was analyzed and the results were verified.The main contents of this paper include:(1)Dynamic model establishment and analysis of vibrating centrifuge: According to the working principle of the vibrating centrifuge,a two-degree-of-freedom forced vibration dynamic model was constructed.Through solving the dynamic model,the vibration mechanism of the vibrating centrifuge was analyzed.Solid Works and Adams were used for modeling and simulation,and the results were analyzed to verify the rationality of the established dynamic model.(2)Regression analysis of natural frequency of the second body based on GBDT algorithm: analyze various working conditions influencing factors of natural frequency of the second body,conduct correlation experiments of temperature,excitation frequency,material granularity,material quality and natural frequency respectively,and conduct correlation analysis according to experimental data.Based on GBDT algorithm,the experimental data were trained,simulated and analyzed,and a mapping model was constructed for various working conditions and natural frequencies of the second plast.(3)Fuzzy adaptive control based on Smith predictive model: based on the analysis of PID,Fuzzy PID and other traditional control methods,based on the Fuzzy algorithm and Smith predictive model,a Fuzzy adaptive fuzzy-Smith vibration centrifuge control method is proposed.Through simulation analysis and comparison of results,it is concluded that fuzzy-Smith control has good control robustness and can better meet the needs of stability and optimal control of vibrating centrifuge.(4)Dynamic control system design based on Lab VIEW: In order to verify the control ability of Fuzzy-Smith control in practical application,an intelligent control system of vibration centrifuge was designed based on Lab VIEW software to realize the adaptive dynamic control of vibration centrifuge.Through the analysis of experimental process,it is verified that the proposed control method has good dynamic control performance and can effectively improve the stability of vibrating centrifuge.
