| Chitosan fiber has good biocompatibility,biodegradability,natural good bacteriostasis and excellent metal ion adsorption.It is an excellent green fiber.Acetate fiber is also a strictly green environmentally friendly regenerated cellulose fiber,non-toxic,tasteless,soft and skin-friendly,and has certain antibacterial properties.Both chitosan fiber and acetate fiber are produced by wet spinning,and the spinning solvents of both fibers are acidic solutions,which is easy to recycle the two kinds of fibers together,so the two kinds of fibers are suitable for application in the field of water treatment.This topic explores the metal adsorption properties of chitosan fiber and acetate fiber under different reaction conditions,and tests and analyzes the physical properties of the two fibers.On the basis of the research on fiber properties,further Different ratios of chitosan fiber and acetate fiber were spun into yarn,and the physical properties and antibacterial properties of the yarn were tested and analyzed.Finally,the adsorption performance of chitosan fiber and acetate fiber blended yarn under different reaction conditions was discussed,and then the yarn was wound on a filter tube to make a filter element,and the filtration efficiency of the filter element for copper ions under different reaction conditions was studied,And explored the filtering mechanism.The details are as follows:(1)The adsorption efficiency of chitosan fiber to copper ions under different reaction conditions was explored.When the p H is 3-5,the adsorption performance is the best.Compared with chitosan fiber in a solution environment with p H>7,chitosan fiber has better adsorption performance in an environment with p H<7.At the same time,the adsorption efficiency of cellulose acetate to copper ions under different reaction conditions was tested,and the adsorption performance was good when the p H was 9-13.During the temperature change from 15°C to 65°C,the adsorption capacity of the chitosan fiber to copper ions slowly increased.Acetate is less affected by temperature changes.The adsorption of copper ions by chitosan fibers is caused by the amino groups and hydroxyl groups in the functional groups of chitosan fibers,while the adsorption of copper ions by cellulose acetate fibers is caused by the carboxyl groups in the functional groups of the fibers.(2)Test and analyze the related properties of chitosan fiber and acetate fiber,including tensile properties,moisture absorption properties,friction properties,mass specific resistance,crimp properties,antibacterial properties,etc.,to provide for the subsequent spinning process design in accordance with.The results show that compared with chitosan fiber,acetate fiber has lower strength and greater breaking elongation.The antibacterial performance of chitosan fiber is better than that of acetate fiber.The antibacterial rate of chitosan fiber is 99.3%,and that of acetate fiber is 99.3%.The rate is 95.3%.(3)Four ratios of chitosan fiber and acetate fiber were set,and the chitosan fiber and acetate fiber of different proportions were spun,and the physical properties and antibacterial properties of the yarn were first tested.The rate is better than that of chitosan fiber.With the increase of the proportion of acetate fiber,the strength of the blended yarn is enhanced.The antibacterial rate of pure spun chitosan fiber yarn can reach 99.3%,and the antibacterial rate of yarn with a ratio of chitosan fiber to acetate fiber of 70:30 is 91%.(4)The adsorption performance of the blended yarns of chitosan fiber and cellulose acetate to copper ions was further explored,and the difference in the adsorption performance of the blended yarns of different ratios was compared,and the ratio of chitosan fiber to acetate fiber was 90 : 10 has the best adsorption performance.With the increase of cellulose acetate,the adsorption performance of copper ions gradually decreases.During the change of p H 7-13,the adsorption performance of copper ions slowly decreases,which is mainly chitosan.The ratio of fiber is too much,and the adsorption dominates.(5)Finally,the filtration efficiency of different ratio yarns to copper ions is explored,and the filter element made of pure spun chitosan yarn has the highest filtration efficiency of copper ions of 66.7%,which is mainly due to the fact that the copper ion solution and the contact time of the fiber is short,and the reaction cannot take place sufficiently,so that the filtering performance of the chitosan fiber filter element is lower than the adsorption rate of the chitosan fiber to copper ions during adsorption. |
