The paper analyses the current market demand for liquid phase hydrogenated aviation kerosene:in the next few years,the domestic production capacity under construction will be gradually released,the self-sufficiency rate of aviation kerosene will gradually increase,and the competition in the domestic market will become increasingly fierce.Overall,the pressure of oversupply of aviation kerosene in China will still exist,and the price of aviation kerosene may be further increased.In terms of price mechanism,with the improvement of domestic oil product price system and the promotion of market-oriented reform of aviation kerosene price in China,the state will gradually liberalize the control of aviation kerosene price.The price will be in line with international standards,and linked to crude oil price.It will form a combined ratio with diesel fuel.The Aviation kerosene hydrogenating and refining process technology is developed in the 1970s.The refining principle is that in the presence of catalysts and under certain conditions of temperature,pressure,hydrogen to oil ratio and air speed,hydrogen reacts with non-hydrocarbon compounds such as sulphur,oxides and nitrides in the aviation kerosene to form the corresponding hydrocarbons.Then remove H2S,H2O,NH3.It also traps impurities in the oil such as heavy metals in the catalysts.With the growing demand for aviation kerosene,hydrorefining technology is becoming increasingly important in the oil refining industry.Development of low-cost aviation kerosene hydrogenation technology is imminent.Low-cost aviation kerosene hydrorefining technology include low-pressure aviation kerosene hydrogenation and aviation kerosene liquid-phase hydrogenation.Compared to conventional trickle bed hydrogenation processes,all-liquid phase hydrogenation has low consumption and high efficiency.It Become an advanced process route in the hydrorefining process.Liquid phase hydrogenation of aviation kerosene is the mixture of hydrogen and aviation kerosene in a hydrogenation reactor.Then there are some selective hydrogenation reactions in the presence of catalysts.The advantages are that the hydrogen is highly dispersed and dissolved in the aviation kerosene,and no circulating hydrogen system is required.the process is simple and investment is saved.Taking into account the factors such as different cycle of oil refinery production and maintenance,land area and efficiency measurement,it is difficult to build a new hydrogenation unit for aviation kerosene.Therefore,it is more feasible to modify the existing unit to produce aviation kerosene.In view of the similarity between the processing feedstock and aviation kerosene,the partial overlap between diesel and aviation kerosene boiling process and the versatility of hydrogenation process,diesel hydrogenation plant(in use or idle)has been given priority by domestic refineries to be modified to produce aviation coal.In the paper,three domestic oil refineries diesel hydrogenation units(in use or idle)to improve the production of aviation are analyzed.The paper made a investigation of the reformed diesel hydrogenation units in domestic oil refineries,such as A,B and C.And proposed three routes to reform the diesel hydrogenation device in refinery D to produce aviation kerosene.After comprehensive analysis,Aviation kerosene fixed bed tubular liquid-phase hydrogenation technology was finalized to use.At the same time,a new aviation kerosene hydrogenation unit was built in the diesel hydrogenation unit,and the original diesel hydrogen hydrogenation unit concatenated the decoagulant reactor to maintain the production of diesel oil with low setting point in winter.After the transformation,the total processing and the raw materials were not changed.On the basis of the original diesel products,aviation kerosene was added to the product line which made a great contribution to increasing net profit of the refinery. |
