| In this paper,the semiconductor material Ti O2 doped with Pt,Ru,Pd,Ni,La and Cu was modified by equal volume impregnation-calcination method to prepare photocatalyst with good catalytic performance.The experiment of photothermal catalytic hydrogenation to prepare bio-aviation kerosene was carried out in a photocatalytic reactor using degummed rubber seed oil as raw material oil.The modified photocatalysts were systematically evaluated by the conversion of rubber seed oil after hydrogenation,alkane selectivity and C8~C17alkane selectivity.On the basis of this study,Pt-Ti O2,Ru-Ti O2,Pd-Ti O2,Ni-Ti O2,La-Ti O2 and Cu-Ti O2 were characterized by XRD,XRF,TEM,CO-TPD and UV-Vis.The catalytic performance and physicochemical properties of the modified photocatalyst were analyzed and discussed.It is found that the metal-doped photocatalyst still has a relatively complete framework structure,and the dispersion has been improved,and the band gap energy of the photocatalyst has been reduced,so that the photocatalytic activity of the photocatalyst has been improved accordingly.At the same time,compared with other modified photocatalysts,Pt-Ti O2 has higher photocatalytic activity and more perfect physical and chemical properties.Used Pt-Ti O2 photocatalyst,the experiment of photothermal catalytic hydrogenation to bio-aviation kerosene was carried out in a photocatalytic reactor.The effects of reaction temperature,hydrogen pressure and reaction time on the photothermal hydrogenation of rubber seed oil to bio-aviation kerosene were investigated,and oleic acid was used as a model molecular probe.The reaction path of photothermal hydrogenation of oil to bio-aviation kerosene over Pt-Ti O2photocatalyst is as follows:oil is converted to saturated and unsaturated fatty acids,unsaturated fatty acids are hydrogenated,and photogenerated electron-hole redox decarboxylation occurs to transform fatty acids into alkanes of Cn-1.On the basis of single factor experiment,the process parameters of photothermal catalytic hydrogenation of degummed rubber seeds were optimized by response analysis design method,and the optimum process parameters of photothermal catalytic hydrogenation of degummed rubber seeds in photocatalytic reactor were obtained:reaction temperature 132℃,hydrogen pressure 0.4 MPa,and reaction time 13 hours.Three verification experiments were carried out under this condition,and the selectivity of C8~C17 alkanes was 53.61%. |
