Research On Management Of Huanghai Wetland In Yancheng City

Wetlands are the most biodiversity ecosystem in nature and a precious ecological resource for human beings.However,with the development of economy and the growth of population,a large number of wetlands were predatory developed and destroyed,which also led to a sharp decline in wetland area and a sharp decrease in biodiversity.The worldwide wetland reduction poses a threat to the sustainable development of the whole society.Nowadays,under the background that the development concept of "Clear Waters and Green Mountains are As Good as Mountains of Gold and Silver" has become the consensus of the whole society,ecological security has become one of the important national development strategies.Huanghai Wetland in Yancheng is the first world heritage site of coastal wetland type in China,with unique ecological,social and economic values.As the main body of wetland management,local governments should give full play to their own functions to better promote the green and sustainable development of wetland ecology.It is of some practical significance to explore the government’s countermeasures to the effective management of the Huanghai Wetland and the realization path of high-quality sustainable development.This thesis will be based on the characteristics of the natural resources of the Huanghai Wetland in Yancheng,for coastal wetland the special wetland type,combined with holistic governance theory,effective market and promising government theory,and sustainable development theory,take a systematic analysis of the general situation of Huanghai Wetland Reserve,the effectiveness of management,and the existing problems and causes.Based on the principle of finding problems and finding causes,discuss the effective management of Huanghai Wetland in Yancheng.According to the study,we should adhere to the sustainable concept of ecological priority and green development at present,first,strengthen the overall management of Huanghai Wetland;second,strengthen the diversification of Huanghai Wetland management;third,strengthen the rule of law for Huanghai Wetland Management.
