Research On The Sustainable Development Of Sanyang Urban Wetland Based On Ecological Civilization

As an effective way to rationally protect and use urban wetlands,urban wetland parks have developed vigorously in China in recent years and have achieved huge ecological,social and economic benefits.Urban wetland is an important greenbelt ecosystem in a city,and it is also a guarantee for the ecological safety of urban development.However,with the rapid development of cities,urban wetlands have been severely damaged,and their ecological functions have degraded,and they have lost strong support for the sustainable development of cities.The construction of urban wetland parks provides a habitat for wild animals and plants,and at the same time provides a space for urban residents to get close to nature,and also contributes to the publicity and education of wetland protection.Since the development of urban wetland parks started late and is still in the stage of development,there are many problems in the current development of urban wetland parks,which restrict the sustainable development of the place.At the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the CPC Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core attached great importance to the construction of socialist ecological civilization.The construction of ecological civilization has played a theoretical guiding role in urban wetland park tourism,and it has also made clear the importance of the sustainable development of urban wetland park tourism.Based on ecotourism,tourism industry development theory,sustainable tourism theory,and based on the characteristics of urban wetland parks,this paper conducts sustainability evaluation from the three aspects of resource environment,economic factors,and sustainable development potential,focusing on the construction and the study of the evaluation index system exploring the sustainable tourism of urban wetland parks.Through on-site investigation of Sanyang City Wetland Park and surrounding communities,talking with relevant department leaders and community residents,relevant data has been collected and the characteristics of the wetland resources has been analyzed by using Delphi method for indicator screening,and AHP method to determine the weight of indicators.Fishbein-Rosenberg’s comprehensive evaluation model for tourist destinations has been used to get a comprehensive evaluation.Through the research of this article,we hope to guide the planning,construction and scientific management of urban wetland parks,and to promote and realize the functions and values of urban wetland parks.The following conclusions are drawn from the research一、The sustainability of urban wetland park tourism not only depends on its own resources,environment and functional characteristics,but also on social and economic factors.The former is the foundation and core of maintaining its sustainable development,and the latter is coercion and support.二、The wetland landscape types of Sanyang Urban Wetland Park are rich and diverse,including waters,wetlands,vegetation,buildings,ancient villages,etc.三、While analyzing the sustainable development of Wenzhou Sanyang Urban Wetland Park tourism,we found there are the following contradictions: protection and development,ecological benefits and economic benefits in the development process of wetland park tourism.四、Through the comprehensive index evaluation,the comprehensive index score of Wenzhou Sanyang Urban Wetland Park Tourism Sustainable Development is 78.6,which is rated as "good".The resource and environment score is 72.97,which reflects the excellent state of ecological priority and rational utilization,but there is still the problem of insufficient coordination between the building and the surrounding environment.The economic factor score of 78.58 reflects the supporting role of the sustainable development of urban wetland park tourism,but it is necessary to further increase the investment in tourism construction.The sustainable development potential score of 83.49,indicating that Wenzhou Sanyang Wetland Park has great potential for tourism development,but the government’s support for eco-tourism needs to be further increased,and waste disposal needs to be further strengthened.五、 Through the analysis of the comprehensive index score,the countermeasures for the sustainable development of Wenzhou Sanyang Urban Wetland Park tourism are put forward in a targeted manner.The first is to adhere to the "multiple regulations in one" and to draw a blueprint for development with better plans;the second is to adhere to project-driven,and to accelerate the "building of great beauty" at a faster pace;the third is to adhere to multi-wheel drive and accelerate the industry with more practical measures Cultivation;Fourth,adhere to the integration of point and surface,and strengthen development support with stronger strength;Fifth,adhere to both the symptoms and root causes,and carry out environmental remediation with stricter requirements;Sixth,adhere to the exquisite and efficient,and improve the work level with higher positioning.
