Since the "dual carbon" goal was officially proposed by China at the 75 th assembly of the United Nations General Assembly.By 2020,it is a critical mission of the national economic and social development to coordinate and maintain growth,modify the structure,and incorporate carbon peaking and carbon neutrality into the entire economic and social progress.The main emphasis of transformation and improvement of listed businesses has shifted to green and low-carbon,a key area of sustainable development,in this context.Environmental,Social and Governance(ESG),as the main evaluation standard and investment philosophy for enterprises to fulfill their social responsibilities and environmental protection obligations,aims to obtain other performance of enterprises other than financial information,Investors are increasingly valuing it,and it is in harmony with China’s new green and sustainable development idea.One of the seven burgeoning industries in China,this one stands out as a strategic one,the pharmaceutical industry has the characteristics of large energy consumption and pollutant emissions,which makes the current development of the pharmaceutical industry conflict with the concept of green and sustainable development.China’s "dual carbon" goal has enabled the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry to take on environmental,social and corporate governance responsibilities,as well as do a commendable job in ESG information disclosure and evaluation.This will help to boost enterprise competitiveness,enhance risk management capabilities,and ultimately foster sustainable development for the industry.This paper draws upon the theories of sustainable development,economic externalities and corporate social responsibility,all based on the aforementioned background.The research object is Bloomage Biotechnology,a biomedical manufacturing enterprise.Beginning with the Chinese pharmaceutical manufacturing sector,one can begin by gathering and arranging pertinent literature and materials concerning the quality of ESG information disclosure both domestically and internationally.An examination of the current state of affairs and the industry features of the ESG disclosure excellence of domestic pharmaceutical companies is conducted.In comparison to the evaluation indicators of the ESG information disclosure quality rating system both domestically and internationally,pharmaceutical enterprises possess certain characteristics that should be taken into account.16 From the three dimensions of environment,society and corporate governance sixteen indicators that are appropriate for pharmaceutical enterprises have been selected.The pharmaceutical industry’s ESG information disclosure evaluation system is built,and an expert decision-making method and analysis are implemented.The pharmaceutical industry’s ESG information disclosure was analyzed through a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,with the overall score and industry average being the focus.A system of evaluation indices was created,and the four aspects of the environment(E),society(S),corporate governance(G)and the overall environment were employed to assess and appraise the information disclosure excellence of Bloomage Biotech’s case venture.An examination of Bloomage Biotech’s business scope and product categories was conducted,contrasting it with the industry average and the mean worth of cosmeceutical firms.It highlighted its issues in divulging data and proposed ideas.At long last,the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry,particularly the medical beauty sector,is presented with ideas and opportunities to advance information disclosure quality.This paper examines the fulfillment of social responsibilities by enterprises,selecting the social responsibility reports for key research.Guiding businesses to embrace the notion of green and inventive growth,as well as stimulating them to create and utilize energy-saving and environmental protection technologies,is a task that is aided by this.Engage in the formation of a society that conserves resources and is environmentally conscious,so as to better address the bond between them.
