| In curve grinding, the stroke motion of the grinding wheel is the main source of vibration excitation, and its kinematics planning directly affects the dynamic performance of the machine tool.In order to reduce vibration during processing and improve processing stability, reasonable speed planning is required. The main research content and results of this paper are as follows:1.Optimization of design ideas and speed planning of curve grinding stroke motion.By analyzing the characteristics of the curve grinding stroke motion which is different from the feed motion, the design idea of the stroke motion speed planning is put forward, and then a continuous speed plan for the jerk is designed, and under the same reciprocating frequency and stroke conditions, the design The kinematics performance of the speed plan is compared with the traditional speed plan, which proves the performance advantages of the proposed speed plan.2.Establishment of dynamic model of stroke motion system and simulation test of speed planning.A physical model of the grinding wheel stroke motion system is established.Based on the dynamic model, different speed plans are used as input to evaluate the difference in dynamic performance under different speed plans. At the same time, the influence of jerk index on system excitation is analyzed. The simulation results show that the designed speed plan has little incentive to the system.3.Speed planning realization and performance research based on test platform. The designed speed plan is realized through the electronic cam system, and the error analysis results show that the realization accuracy meets the application requirements. On this basis, the vibration signals of the grinding wheel holder and the base are measured, and the influence of different speed plans on the equipment impact and motor drive capacity is analyzed. The test results show that the designed speed plan reduces the requirements on the motor drive capacity and the equipment shock.4.Experimental study on the influence of stroke speed planning on machining process.Point grinding and surface grinding experiments were carried out with different speed plans to evaluate the influence of different speed plans on the stability of the grinding force and the quality of the machined surface. The test results show that the designed speed plan has better grinding force stability and reduces the surface roughness of the machined. |
