As the interface of human-computer interaction,the surface film of automotive intelligent cabin interior decoration not only needs to be beautiful,but also puts forward higher index requirements for its deformation with the hot pressing of keys.In the actual production process,the surface quality of automobile film is often unqualified because of deformation.Therefore,how to simulate and predict the deformation in the hot pressing process of the film and optimize the process parameters of the film forming process has important engineering application value to improve the product quality.The specific work carried out in this paper is as follows:1.Theoretical research on hot pressing process of film.Based on the basic theory and method of finite element,the deformation of automobile film in the process of hot pressing is studied by calculating the displacement of the joints on the film.Based on the explicit integral algorithm of finite element,the nonlinear dynamics problem of automobile film was solved,and the deformation process of automobile film was simulated.2.Establishment of mechanical properties model of hot-pressing film material.The mechanical properties of three different automotive film materials(1#PC,2#PC/PMMA,3#PC)were studied by unidirectional tensile test.According to the test data,the automobile film material database was created,and three material models were established to describe the material properties.The simulation results were verified by the comparison between the test and the simulation results.3.Study on the relationship between hot pressing process parameters and product quality.By measuring the joint displacement of three kinds of automobile film hot pressing forming experiment results,the deformation of automobile film hot pressing is studied.Based on the unidirectional tensile test results,the single factor and orthogonal experiment design were carried out to optimize the hot pressing process of automobile film.The error between simulation results and experimental data is less than 8%,which meets the requirements of engineering application.4.Development and application of deformation prediction system for hot pressing of automobile film.Based on TCL/TK scripting language,a prediction system was developed.The system could extract the position information of nodes on the film from the calculation results,and establish the node information template,so as to compare the position of nodes before and after forming.In order to guide the design of automobile film,it is applied to reverse deformation operation of hot pressing.After many instances and simulation verification,the maximum difference between the actual measurement data and the predicted result is 0.8mm,which proves that the system is reasonable and effective.The system can be embedded in the HyperForm imitation software for easy application.In summary,the finite element method is used to predict the deformation of hot pressing membrane,the mechanical properties model of the material and the relationship model between hot pressing process and product quality are established,the process parameters are optimized,and the hot pressing deformation prediction system is developed,which provides a basis for the design and manufacture of automotive intelligent cabin interior surface film.The relevant research results have been applied in engineering cases.
