Electric energy is the most important energy and motive power in the process of modern production.With the coal resources getting less with the day,thermal power generation is gradually reduced,however,there is still no other energy capable of replacing the demand of thermal power generation massively in social development,so the rational allocation and sustainable development of power resources are particularly important.Petrochemical industry is a basic industry,which plays a critical role in the national economy.Yet,most of the petrochemicals are flammable,explosive,toxic and harmful media,and the special characteristics of this industry dictate that the design of power supply and distribution must adopt a double-loop power supply method.To prevent the failure of one power supply,there is another power supply to continue to supply power to the device.In case of particularly important loads,double UPS or EPS + power supply after double cut is used.Through reasonable design of power supply and distribution for diesel hydrogenation conversion unit,the safety level of RLG unit can be improved to prevent major safety accidents caused by hydrogen leakage due to power outage or power failure.The quality of power supply can be improved to prevent the impact of harmonics on equipment.Moreover,it saves energy and achieves the purpose of sustainable development.1.the shaft power calculation method and the demand coefficient method are used to conduct the load calculation of the dynamic equipment and supporting facilities in the diesel hydrogenation conversion unit area.In accordance with the load calculation results,the appropriate capacity of the transformer is selected,which is conducive to saving electric energy.Move over,reactive power compensation is conducted on high and low voltage bus in accordance with the power factor results.2.the principal part of power supply and distribution design is the design of power substation and distribution station.By means of selection of the power substation and distribution station,selection of station location as well as requirements of general layout,the structure of each room will be designed.It is also required to design the main electrical wiring according to the power supply requirements and distribution requirements.In the diesel hydro conversion unit area,there are not only many primary and secondary loads,but also special loads,which must be powered by special UPS,and the emergency firefighting facilities are powered by EPS.3.short circuit current of power supply and distribution lines shall be calculated,the electrical equipment in the distribution line shall be reasonably selected in accordance with data related to calculated short-circuit current,and the its dynamic stability and thermal stability shall be verified.4.the lightning protection design of the whole power system shall be carried out to prevent the damage of lightning to the power system,and the grounding resistance shall be calculated to select the appropriate grounding body and quantity.
