The development and progress of today’s society cannot be separated from the support of the electric power industry.As the main primary energy source of China’s electric energy production,the safe operation of the high-voltage power supply system in the mining area is of great importance in the daily production and exploitation of coal mines.Because of the complex structure of high voltage power supply system in mining area,when short circuit fault occurs,it may cause loss of life and property at least,or lead to disaster.However,the traditional setting calculation is complicated and timeconsuming.In order to improve work efficiency,it is of great significance to develop a setting calculation software suitable for high voltage power grid in mining areas.In this paper,based on the topology identification theory of power supply network,aiming at the complex power supply structure of mining power supply system,a topology identification method of mining high voltage power supply network based on the breadthfirst search algorithm is proposed.The topology identification process is divided into the inter-substation topology search process and the inter-substation topology search process.Finally,the encoded local electronic supply diagram is obtained,which provides a model basis for the subsequent short-circuit current calculation and setting calculation.Based on the reality of high voltage power network in Hebi mining area,the intelligent setting system of high voltage power network is studied.Combined with the actual power supply structure of the mining network,the calculation process of shortcircuit current of the bus in the case of double power supply and triple power supply is summarized.Based on the detailed introduction of the relay protection types and setting methods of the power supply equipment in each grade substation in the mining area,the overall setting calculation scheme of the high voltage power network in the mining area is formulated from the five aspects of stage current protection,zero sequence current protection,distance protection,longitudinal differential protection and transformer protection.Based on this,an automatic short-circuit current calculation method and setting calculation method of high voltage power network in mining area are proposed,and the automatic short-circuit current calculation and setting calculation of the power supply system of high voltage power network in mining area are realized.The calculation results are accurate and efficient through a practical case.On the basis of systematic study on the setting calculation of high voltage power grid in mining area,an intelligent setting system of high voltage power grid in mining area is designed and developed based on Visual Studio software development platform.Based on the breadth-first search algorithm,the topological model of short-circuit current calculation is realized in the system.Based on the model,the automatic generation function of short-circuit current calculation diagram,the automatic short-circuit current calculation function and the automatic setting calculation function of the mining high voltage power network are realized.The installation and operation of the high voltage power supply system in Hebi mining area shows that the setting calculation result is accurate and practical,which improves the setting calculation efficiency and has certain engineering practical value.
