Research On Source Governance Of Atmospheric Pollution In Suzhou City

The period of the 14 th five-year plan is a crucial period for Suzhou,more efforts must be made to improve the region’s industry,energy,transport and land use structures.On the basis of summarizing the achievements and main problems of air pollution control in Suzhou,An Hui province during the period of the 13 th five-year plan,and analyzing the situation in the period of the 14 th five-year plan,this paper mainly puts forward the countermeasures of air Pollution Control during the period of the 14 th five-year plan,to significantly improve the air quality of Suzhou,An Hui Province.This thesis consists of six parts.The first chapter is the introduction,including the background of this thesis and its significance to Suzhou,An Hui province.The second chapter is divided into some basic concepts of air pollution control and theoretical basis of source control.Chapter 3 presents the current situation and major sources of air pollution in Suzhou,An Hui province.The fourth part is about the measures of taking to control air pollution at source in Suzhou.Chapter 5 is about the problems in the source control of air pollution in Suzhou,An Hui province.Chapter 6 is the optimization strategy of air pollution control in Suzhou,An Hui province.The final conclusion of the paper is that the air pollution in Suzhou,mainly comes from local industrial pollution and poor control of vocs.In the south-east of the city,economic development zones are densely packed with industry,and the geography is not conducive to proliferation.Coupled with a large number of transport vehicles passing through the city,and the surrounding air pollution sources concentrated in the air over the city,it is easy to cause air pollution assessment is not up to standard.The PM2.5 source in Suzhou,An Hui Province,is greatly affected by regional transmission,which contributes 23-74%.During the heavy pollution process,the transmission phenomenon is obvious.At the same time,the local emission source in Suzhou,An Hui also contributes to the external environment,it is concluded that regional joint prevention and control is an effective way to improve PM2.5pollution in Suzhou,An Hui while controlling local emissions.Based on the analysis of air pollution in Suzhou,An Hui province,we will accelerate the adjustment and optimization of industrial structure,energy structure,transportation structure,land use and agricultural input structure,comprehensively implement the performance grading of key industries,and deepen the comprehensive control of air pollution by enterprises;We will strengthen coordinated ozone control,continue to deepen Volatile organic compound pollution control,and strengthen emergency management and control of heavily polluted weather,promote multi-pollution,coordinate emission reduction,adjust industrial structure,develop clean energy and improve energy structure,etc.We put forward measures to control air pollution sources in Suzhou,An Hui province.I believe through taking a series of combined measures,air pollution levels in Suzhou can be reduced.
