| The navigation risk assessment and analysis of ships has always been one of the main topics in the field of water traffic risk.The navigation risk assessment and analysis of restricted waters is the basis for the development of waterway regulation,management regulations and other related projects.The natural conditions of restricted waters are more complex,including narrow channels,curved segments,traffic separation,island and reef waters,bridge areas and other complex areas.Ship navigation is restricted by channel width,ship scale,speed and other conditions,and the complexity and difficulty of ship manipulation increase,which leads to a relatively high risk level in restricted waters.More risk factors need to be considered in the risk assessment of restricted waters.AIS information contains a large amount of ship information.Compared with the traditional risk factor data acquisition methods,mining the risk factors of restricted waters from AIS data is more efficient,convenient and objective.Therefore,it is of great significance to establish an AIS Based mining platform that can integrate and display the risk factors of restricted waters.Firstly,this thesis summarizes the risk factors in the risk assessment of restricted waters in the past,combined with AIS information and special traffic conditions in restricted waters,and summarizes the representative risk factors of restricted waters.Among them,the number of ships,ship density,speed,ship spacing and ship static information are the inherent characteristic factors of ship traffic flow,which can show a special real situation of ship traffic in restricted waters;The deviation angle of the ship’s course,the distance between the ship and the boundary of the channel,and the distance between the ship and the obstacle can comprehensively consider the relative relationship between the ship’s traffic flow and the geographical elements of the restricted water area,which can reflect the degree to which the ship is affected by the geographical elements in the restricted water area to a certain extent.Then,based on ArcGIS platform system,ArcGIS Engine development component and visual studio 2010 integrated development environment(IDE),the secondary development is carried out by using c#,and the mining platform of risk factors in restricted water area is established on the basis of Arc Map interface by using the methods of database,intersection analysis and nearest neighbor analysis;Preprocess AIS information and standardize data in combination with platform requirements.Finally,the electronic chart data and AIS data of the Yangtze River estuary are used for simulation mining,and the ship volume,ship density,speed,ship spacing,ship static information,ship course deviation angle,ship distance from channel boundary and ship distance from obstacles are counted respectively.The results show that the platform has achieved ideal results in the mining of risk factors in restricted waters,and is scientific,practical and feasible,can provide objective data support for the risk assessment of maritime traffic restricted waters,and provide reasonable data reference for maritime regulatory authorities in the location,scale and shape of navigation channels and anchorage areas and the formulation of relevant management regulations. |
