General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out in the report of the 19 th National Congress that the establishment of a more effective new mechanism for coordinated regional development is the requirement of the times,and the key lies in the innovation of systems and mechanisms.The coordinated development of the "ecology-economy-society" system in the coal mining subsidence area in Shanxi Province is an important step in implementing the coordinated development strategy in my country.Shanxi has long been an important energy base of the country,providing important energy support for the country’s economic development,but Shanxi is the province with the most serious coal mining subsidence in the country.,The number of affected people is large,and the task of governance is arduous and arduous.At present,most of the governance of coal mining subsidence areas focus on single-dimensional,side and local research,strengthen the research on the temporal and spatial evolution law and coordinated development of the "ecological-economic-social" system of coal mining subsidence areas in Shanxi Province,and improve the coal mining subsidence in Shanxi Province.District comprehensive management has important practical and theoretical significance.This study takes the coal mining subsidence area in Shanxi Province as the research object.Relying on the synergy theory,system science and engineering theory,regional economic theory,etc.,and using ARC GIS software,the EES system of the 11 prefecture-level cities in the coal mining subsidence area in Shanxi Province is analyzed.There are three levels of development degree,coupling coordination degree and development coordination degree,and the research and analysis of the two dimensions of time sequence and spatial difference are carried out.The main research work is as follows: First,build a theoretical framework for the index system of the coordinated development of ecology,economy and society based on system theory,and determine the structure of the index system by analyzing the components of the ecological-economic-social subsystem and the relationship between them.Secondly,the bottom-up method is used to select statistical indicators,and according to the theoretical framework of the indicator system,the literature research method is used for preliminary screening,the ecological-economic-social statistical indicators are determined,and the field research method and literature research method are used to collect Relevant data from various prefectures and cities in Shanxi,quantitatively analyze the initial screening indicators,eliminate the indicators that do not meet the requirements,and build an indicator system for the coordinated development of the "ecological-economic-society" system;The coordinated development of the "ecological-economic-social" system in the coal subsidence area is evaluated,and the spatiotemporal evolution law of the "ecological-economic-social" composite system in the coal mining subsidence area is revealed,which provides a theoretical basis for the composite governance of the coal mining subsidence area.The results show that:(1)The development of each stage of the development degree of the "ecological-economic-society" composite system is mainly related to the development of economic subsystems.The faster the economic development,the higher the level of system development;The relationship between the three subsystems of economy and society is very close,maintaining the state of "one prosperity and one loss,all losses";(3)The coupling coordination degree of the composite system is basically stable at the high-level coupling coordination stage,and the trend of the development index and the development degree are coordinated.Similar to the degree of development,but slightly lagging behind;(4)The better the development of the coal industry and the higher the level of economic development,the“ecological-economic-social” system development degree is higher;(5)The degree of coordinated development of the system has no spatial distribution difference in 2002,there are differences in the following years.This research breaks through the limitations of previous single-system research by analyzing the time series,time-space differences of the system development degree,and puts forward corresponding policy suggestions for the governance of coal mining subsidence areas from the perspectives of ecology,economy and society.The research perspective is relatively novel and comprehensive.,which provides a new research perspective for the governance of coal mining subsidence areas.
