Study On The Governance Problems And Countermeasures Of Coal Mining Subsidence Area In Suixi County

As a part of China’s energy structure,the importance of coal is self-evident.At the same time,coal industry plays a pillar role in many existing industries in China.However,the relevant data show that our mining and utilization of coal resources has two sides.For the economic field,a large number of coal resources are developed and utilized,which is extremely beneficial for the improvement of economic benefits.However,from the perspective of social environment,large-scale illegal mining of coal will have a negative impact on the ecological environment,and even cause a large area of land disability.As a result,people’s quality of life will be damaged,and many social contradictions and problems will arise.Huaibei coalfield is one of the important energy bases in China,and Suixi County is an important part of it.The development of coal resources in this area has a history of several decades.Many local areas have become subsidence areas because of mining.There is a positive correlation between economic development and coal demand,and the more coal demand,the larger the area and number of subsidence areas will increase.Therefore,it is necessary to comprehensively manage the mining subsidence areas in Suixi County through scientific and effective methods.It has its value.In this paper,through reading and analyzing the literature and the working data of coal mining subsidence area,we understand the related concepts of coal mining subsidence area governance.Through the study of the current situation of comprehensive management of coal mining subsidence area in Suixi County,it is found that the existing problems include imperfect comprehensive management planning of coal mining subsidence area,insufficient public participation,weak staff force,insufficient coordination of main body of comprehensive management of coal mining subsidence area,etc Through the study of the mining area management in Ruhr district,Zoucheng Taiping Town and pan’anhu District of Xuzhou,and drawing on their advanced experience,this paper further puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions,such as strengthening the government’s leadership,guiding the participation of social forces,coordinating and optimizing the resource allocation of mining subsidence area management,and establishing an effective coordination mechanism.
