So far in this century,due to the gradual improvement of China’s urbanization level,people’s quality of life is improving day by day,coupled with the rapid development of e-commerce platform,The situation of "garbage besieged city" in China has become more and more prominent.At present,the mandatory household waste classification management in China has been carried out for a short time,and the effect of the pilot cities in the early stage is not as expected.The domestic waste classification management is related to the national people.The superficial problem of citizens’ awareness of waste treatment and classification is in essence a management problem in the implementation process of this work.Therefore,the whole process of closed-loop management rectification should not only be analyzed in the early stage of implementation,but also analyzed.Among many affairs related to urban public management,the solution of MSW classification has been related to people’s livelihood and promoted the development of public management theory.Therefore,it is necessary and necessary to study the existing problems and the value brought by the management process.In this paper,City S.A survey and semi-structured interviews were extensively used in order to discuss in depth the optimization of municipal solid waste sorting management in the overall municipal waste sorting process.This paper mainly defines the relevant concepts of MSW and its classification.The status quo of MSW classification in S city was comprehensively analyzed.Starting from the production and treatment of household garbage in S City,the garbage classification process in recent years was sorted out,and the main contents of household garbage classification in S City were clarified from the aspects of classification objective principles,procedures and specific measures,etc.,and the implementation effect of compulsory garbage classification was presented in the form of digital tables.The problems in the current status of waste separation management implementation in City C were summarized,including insufficient coordination between government,business and the public,poor policy implementation,difficulties in finding sufficient funding between NGOs and the public,and delays in monitoring,evaluation and adjustment,the insufficiency of information disclosure and the construction of social supervision platform At the same time,combined with the domestic mainstream city in the classification of MSW specific practical experience,put forward countermeasures and suggestions matching with the problems and reasons behind.
