| Port collection and distribution system is an important link in China’s port construction and plays a key role in port development.In recent years,with the rapid development of port and shipping industry in China,transportation behavior adverse impacts on the ecological environment is increasingly prominent: imbalance in the structure of port transportation system,railway transportation and water transportation is low,the proportion of the highway transport ratio on the high side,led to the increase of energy consumption and co2 emissions,caused a great impact on the environment.How to ensure the overall benefit and transportation efficiency of the collection and distribution system,and effectively reduce the carbon dioxide emissions generated by the collection and distribution is an urgent problem to be solved.In this context,this paper proposes an optimization model of distribution network with consideration of transportation cost and carbon emissions,and designs an improved genetic algorithm with elite strategy.Then,an example is given to solve and analyze the target model,and the optimal freight scheme is obtained.Finally,the influence of carbon tax and carbon trading emission policy on the route selection of distribution network is analyzed..The main work and innovations of this thesis are:(1)The research status and significance of carbon emission from shipping,optimization design of distribution system and carbon emission policy are briefly described based on domestic and foreign literatures.This paper introduces the concepts of carbon emission and collection and distribution system in ocean transportation,and analyzes the problems of transportation cost,transportation route selection and transportation mode selection from the perspective of low carbon,which provides theoretical basis for the study of this paper.(2)Considering the influence of carbon emission policy on distribution network,a dual-objective optimization model with minimum transportation cost and transfer cost and minimum carbon dioxide emission was constructed,and an improved genetic algorithm with elite strategy was designed.Taking Guangzhou port as an example,the algorithm is used to solve the target model.(3)he influence of carbon tax and carbon trading emission policy on route selection of distribution network is analyzed.It is found that under the carbon tax policy,at the turning point of tax rate,the transportation path will change and tend to choose low-carbon and green development road.However,under the carbon trading policy,both the initial allocation amount and the trading price of carbon will affect the collection and distribution system. |
