Coal mining is often subject to complex geological conditions.Traditional coal cutting strategies and methods cannot achieve "efficient and safe" coal cutting,and even lead to various production and safety accidents.The rapid development of coal mining enterprises’ intelligence level,artificial intelligence and big data Continuous empowerment has injected new vitality into the industry.Although methods such as unmanned coal cutting and memory coal cutting have been successively proposed and applied to the coal mine site,the bottom layer coal cutting strategy still has certain defects.Therefore,in view of the problem that the coal cutting strategy still needs to be optimized under complex geological conditions in the intelligent fully mechanized mining face,this paper proposes a combination optimization analysis of the parameters of each stage of the intelligent fully mechanized mining face under complex conditions.The mining face is the research object to carry out research work.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)First,the common strategies and methods of coal cutting and fully mechanized mining technology are analyzed,and the factors that restrict fully mechanized mining under complex geological conditions are summarized,and the bottlenecks existing in memory coal cutting and artificial intelligence applications and the problems that need to be solved are put forward.(2)Based on the proposed constraints and key issues that need to be solved,the aspects that need to be optimized in the fully mechanized mining process strategy under complex conditions are specifically refined,and then effective improvement strategies are proposed;(3)The mining face is the research object,and the implementation plan of the improved strategy is refined.Based on the field conditions of the 11201 fully mechanized mining face,and guided by the improved strategy,the coal cutting bottom layer strategy of this working face is adaptively optimized,and for special stages of comprehensive mining The mining face flexibly adjusts the solution,and finally conducts experiments and results analysis to verify the effectiveness of the method;(4)For the problems that artificial intelligence and big data technologies are difficult to implement,conduct theoretical analysis and prospect prospects,and propose possible effective implementation.The scheme lays a certain theoretical foundation for further improving the intelligent level of coal mines.
