| Taking the 8204 working face of Yanzishan Mine as the background,the intelligent production mode of thick coal seam is realized on the destruction and discharge mechanism,coordination and control mechanism of mining and discharge process,and precise control of coal discharge process.The main research contents are described as follows:(1)The fracture evolution process of overlying rock structure in intelligent fully mechanized top coal caving mining face with thick coal seam under automatic high intensity mining conditions is studied,and the fracture law of overlying rock is obtained.Establish a mechanical model of the overlying rock in the stope,and study the instability forms and criteria of the overlying rock fracture structure.Conduct indoor physical experiments to study the spatial migration law and crack expansion law of the top coal body in thick coal seams,establish a mechanical structure model of the top coal body,and reveal the migration law and fracture mechanism of the top coal body.(2)Using experimental and numerical simulation methods to study the evolution characteristics of the roof coal caving structure and the relationship between the formed structure and the recovery rate of the top coal body as the top coal body changes with the size of the caving space,propose an evaluation method for the relationship between the maximum number of coal caving openings and the maximum coal caving height in intelligent top coal caving mining in thick coal seams,and reveal the automatic coal caving mechanism in intelligent fully mechanized top coal caving mining in thick coal seams,An intelligent decision-making model for fully mechanized top coal caving mining based on surrounding rock coupling is formed.(3)Study the technical parameters of coordinated mining and drawing in thick coal seams,analyze the coordination relationship and coordination relationship between mining and drawing,study the different coordination relationships and coordination modes of multiple coal drawing openings,establish a memory coal drawing model and method for thick coal seams,establish an intelligent coal drawing technology model for coordinated mining and drawing in thick coal seams based on deep learning,and achieve coordinated control of mining and drawing in thick coal seams through online learning and optimization of the coal drawing process model Intelligent coal drawing process decision-making optimization and output for collaborative coal drawing.(4)Integrate intelligent fully mechanized caving mining technology and equipment research results,and carry out intelligent fully mechanized caving face engineering demonstration under the thick coal seam conditions of Yanzishan Coal Mine.Test the adaptability of the theory and technology system in the fully mechanized top coal caving face of thick coal seams in Yanzishan Coal Mine,and form a set of key theories and technology systems suitable for intelligent fully mechanized top coal caving mining in thick coal seams in Yanzishan Coal Mine.There are 39 figures,16 tables and 82 references. |
