Research On Development Strategy Of HF Group

With the rapid development of traditional manufacturing industry,China’s resource reserve and ecological environment are facing severe challenges.HF group is a collection of mining,comprehensive utilization of solid waste,mine is a body comprehensive utilization of resources such as land repair enterprises,after more than10 years of development,HF group is facing more and more complex challenges,such as raw materials and land costs,shortage of resources,serious homogeneous product competition,tougher environmental regulation and so on a series of problems.In this context,what kind of enterprise development strategy HF Group should adopt to deal with the numerous challenges is the urgent problem to be solved by HF Group at present,which is also the research topic of this thesis.First of all,this thesis takes HF group as the research object,through many times of market research,and many times in-depth to HF group,collects a large number of internal production materials,uses the enterprise strategic management theory and pest model,Porter five forces model to fully analyze the external environment of HF group,and from the internal financial situation of the enterprise Through the analysis of the external environment of HF group,the opportunities and threats faced by the company in the industry are obtained.Through the analysis of the internal environment of HF group,the advantages and disadvantages of the company and the internal resource system are further clarified.Secondly,the SWOT of HF group is analyzed,and the corresponding alternative strategies are obtained through the analysis,and the above strategies are selected by using QSPM.Finally,it is determined that HF group should adopt the enterprise development strategy of copying and promoting the mine land restoration mode nationwide,strengthening the research and development of new technologies and new production processes,coordinating the internal resources of the group,and developing circular economy.In order to ensure the implementation of the new enterprise strategy,HF Group has put forward six technical support measures including: optimize human resource management and strengthen talent guarantee;strengthen the investment in scientific and technological research and development,improve the innovation ability of enterprises;establish the statistical index system of circular economy;establishment of circular economy assessment and evaluation system;develop technical services and popularize technical applications;build brand image.The implementation of the above measures will help HF Group break through the difficulties and achieve sustainable and healthy development.
