| With the rapid advancement of China’s urbanization process,construction land is becoming increasingly scarce,and more and more goaf sites are used in engineering construction,and grouting and reinforcement of the goaf foundation has become an important topic.This article takes the bauxite mine goaf site of a school in Xinmi,Henan Province as the engineering background,and studies the related issues of foundation grouting treatment in the bauxite mine goaf.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)Through drilling and geophysical methods,the distribution characteristics and surface deformation characteristics of the goaf in the study area were analyzed and judged,which provided a reference for the subsequent numerical simulation analysis of the goaf and provided further design of the grouting treatment project plan in accordance with.The main influencing factors of the grouting treatment effect of the goaf foundation are analyzed,that is,the characteristics of the overburden of the goaf,the grouting material and performance,and the grouting parameters,and the grouting parameters are optimized.It provides a theoretical basis for the follow-up design of the foundation grouting treatment plan for the mined-out area.The theory of permeation grouting mainly involved in the goaf is summarized,and the diffusion law of different geological bodies in the goaf is analyzed according to the characteristics of the slurry fluid.(2)Establish a three-dimensional numerical model of the geology of the goaf site in the study area,simulate and analyze the settlement and horizontal displacement caused by bauxite mining,and apply building load settlement on the goaf site and grouting treatment on the goaf site Perform numerical simulation analysis.After bauxite mining,the maximum surface settlement is 1.99m,the maximum horizontal displacement in the X direction is 746.00mm,and the maximum horizontal displacement in the Y direction is 772.00mm.Under the action of the building load,the building foundation has uneven settlement,and the settlement value differs by49.62mm,and the building load The settlement value of the mined-out area foundation after grouting treatment under the action is reduced by 39.08mm compared with no treatment.The grouting effect is remarkable.(3)Summarize the relationship between the settlement S of the goaf building foundation and the compressed settlement S1,the remaining settlement S2 of the goaf site and the“activated”settlement S3 of the goaf foundation,namely S=S1+S2+S3.Designed the grouting treatment plan of the campus,optimized the grouting parameters,calculated the grouting range,grouting depth and grouting workload;gave the optimal ratio of grouting slurry,the number and location of drilling holes,The appropriate hole forming process,sealing process,and grouting process were selected,and the single-hole grouting end standard was formulated.The grouting effect was evaluated by a combination of comprehensive geophysical prospecting and drilling,and it was concluded that the safety and stability of the goaf foundation in the goaf site after grouting treatment was improved,the quality of the grouting project was qualified,and the optimization design of grouting parameters was accurate.The grouting design is correct and feasible,and the conclusion is that it meets the requirements of the construction site.There are 52 figures,9 tables and 60 references. |
