| Many coal mines have a serious threat from iimestone inrush water during deep mining. Under the condition of high pressure and dynamic water, how to optimize the ratio of grouting material and to study the grouting experiment on fractured rock mass have practical guiding significance for the grouting engineering in site.Based on consulting the related domestic and overseas literatures about grouting materials and grouting experiment, ultra-fine cement, fly ash, silica, clay and Ca(OH)2 were chosen as raw materials for slurry ratio. Grouting material with well stability, high stone rate, high strength, durability was tested out through single factor experiment, orthogonal test, endurance test.A self-made grouting reinforcement device including grouting container, water supply equipment, grouting equipment and measurement system,was used to simulate grouting experiment. Seismic CT,testing of compressive strength, testing of permeability and determination of seepage were applied to detect grouting quality.On the basis of uniform design method, grouting pressure, rock crack width and water-cement ratio were selected as affecting factors.Besides,grout diffusion radius, compressive strength of specimen after grouting, grouting volume, permeability after grouting were selected as parameters of grouting reinforcement. The relationship between influence factors and grouting effect was studied by statistical analysis.Finally, some coal mine was taken for an example as practical application. |
