Research On Evaluation Of Emergency Management Capability Of Sudden Safety Accidents In Building Construction

In recent years,safety accidents in China’s construction field have occurred frequently,which have caused heavy casualties and property losses.The severe and complicated work safety situation seriously restricts the high-quality development of construction industry.Scientific prevention and response to sudden safety accidents and comprehensive improvement of emergency management ability have become important issues to be solved urgently.Evaluation research on emergency management ability of construction safety accidents can seek out the key factors that affect the emergency management ability of building construction,find the weak links in emergency management,study the strategies for continuous improvement,and provide ideas for improving the emergency management ability of building construction.By analyzing the characteristics and causes of construction safety accidents,this paper defined the concept of emergency management ability of construction safety accidents based on the summary of theory and characteristics of emergency management.According to laws,regulations,policy documents and research literature,an evaluation system of emergency management ability of construction safety accidents was built on the basis of whole emergency management process(before,during and after the event),which included 4 first-level indicators(accident prevention ability,emergency preparedness ability,emergency response ability,emergency recovery ability)and 22second-level indicators.The analytic hierarchy process was used to determine the weight of indexes in the evaluation index system,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to establish the evaluation model.The model evaluated the emergency management ability of one enterprise’s construction safety accidents.This paper put forward several improvement measures to improve the accident prevention ability and strengthen the emergency response ability after summarizing and analyzing the evaluation results.Figure 4;Table 14;Reference 55...
