| The chlor-alkali industry has been developing with high energy consumption,it is imperative to take measures to manage energy.At present,the industry is developing rapidly in the direction of large-scale and intelligent.It is of great significance in energy saving and environmental protection to carry out research on the control of power consumption of electrolytic cell of ion-exchange membrane caustic soda plant,waste treatment and improvement of chlorine liquefaction process.According to factors that affect the power consumption,combined with the actual situation,the effects of ion membrane,unit cell and index control was compared.Through timely selection of equipment improvement or replacement,optimization of the index control scheme,the power consumption per ton of alkali was reduced by 182 k Wh,and the annual profit of 3 sets of 96-unit electrolyzer could be 3.99 million yuan.The treatment and control methods of waste water and waste gas in the process of ion-exchange membrane caustic soda was discussed.By systematically analyzing the manual operation process of waste chlorine absorption,adding online instruments and automatic valves and cooperating with the preparation of control programs,the automatic control operation of each process of waste chlorine absorption was realized.In order to solve the problem of large amount of wastewater discharge,analyzed the source and characteristics of wastewater,and minimized wastewater discharge by adding membrane denitrification devices and neutralization treatment.After research and experimentation,the average concentration of sodium hypochlorite and alkali in the finished product of the waste chlorine absorption device reached about 0.51%,and the sample concentration range was within 0.1%;about 228 m~3/d of regenerated wastewater and about 60 m~3/h of light brine were completely recovered once brine salt.Researched on the problems of high equipment failure rate and limited load adjustment in the chlorine liquefaction process.Through a series of improvement measures such as improving the high-pressure method to low-pressure method,adding chlorine gas transportation and safety instrumentation systems,the theoretical chlorine balance capacity of the process has been increased from about 72,000 tons/year to about 220,000 tons/year,thus furthered improving the level of prevention and control to deal with risks.Through the use of cutting-edge technology,continuous improvement of equipment and process,continuous innovative research on the program of the control system,and other ways,the product quality and consumption control,the safety and environmental protection level of the device have been significantly improved.Figure 40;Table 8;Reference 52... |
