Our country advocates the revitalization of the real economy, and the level of industrialization in various regions is getting higher and higher. With the rapid development of regional industrialization and economic level, environmental pollution is becoming more and more serious with the development of national economy. With Beijing as the center of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei economic circle, the rapid economic development has brought about a negative impact for all to see,and the problems of environmental pollution, especially air pollution, have accumulated. The interrelationship of air pollution among cities and the influencing factors of this relationship are many.In order to implement the policy of regional collaborative control,it is of great significance to study the spatial correlation effect of air pollution and the influencing factors of regional pollution in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and its surrounding urban agglomeration. This paper focuses on the concentration characteristics of air pollution in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and its surrounding urban agglomerations, and analyzes the causes of regional differentiation.Firstly, based on the theory of industrial structure evolution, environmental externality theory and regional spatial structure theory, the spatial correlation effect of air pollution in Beijing-TianjinHebei and its surrounding urban agglomeration and related influencing factors were studied.Secondly, the complex network method is used to analyze the spatial correlation effect of cities. Finally, the spatial econometric model combined with the spatial location was selected to analyze the spatial spillover effect between the social and economic development indicators of urban agglomeration and air pollutants, and the heterogeneity of air pollution affecting the community structure was further measured. The main research results are as follows:(1)There is a certain agglomeration effect in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and its surrounding urban areas. The complex network model of urban agglomeration is built with the city as the node and the correlation of PM2.5 concentration between cities as the edge. The results of community division using the GN algorithm show cross-province proximity trend, which is quite different from the current division of administrative regions. At the same time, the importance characteristics such as the centrality index of network nodes are analyzed, and there are important node cities in each community.(2)Based on the results of complex network research, analyze the heterogeneity of influencing factors and community influencing factors of spatial correlation effect of urban agglomeration.Based on the panel data of urban agglomerations, spatial econometric analysis was conducted, focusing on the effects of social and economic activity indicators such as industrial structure adjustment, urban economic development, urban scientific and technological innovation ability, energy consumption, urban opening degree and urban population factors on the relationship between air pollution in different communities. The results show that the adjustment of industrial structure has a significant negative effect on air pollution. There is obvious heterogeneity in the degree of influence factors of air pollution in the five communities.(3)Based on the research results,in order to achieve more significant results in the process of air pollution control, under the premise of comprehensive control,it is necessary to formulate reasonable and scientific policies and take measures according to local conditions in combination with the structure of community division and the heterogeneity of influencing factors, and strictly implement them.Based on the empirical results, this paper puts forward corresponding policy suggestions for the improvement of regional air quality from the perspectives of regional association global governance, community joint governance and individual urban governance. |
