| Coal resources are the driving force of social and economic development.As a resource country,China has not only large resource reserves,but also large energy consumption.Shanxi is China ’s energy province,with rich coal resources,has made a significant contribution to the growth of the national economy.With the continuous mining of coal resources,coal resources in Shanxi Province have gradually shown a series of problems such as increasing mining difficulty and deterioration of ecological environment.At the same time,the single status quo of economic structure and industrial model has caused a large loss of talents,and ultimately the phenomenon of slow economic growth and sharp decline in urban competitiveness in Shanxi Province.The transformation of coal resource-based cities is imminent.This paper firstly summarizes and analyzes the relevant literature of coal resource-based cities and urban competitiveness,and sorts out the theoretical basis of coal resource-based cities and urban competitiveness.Secondly,by establishing 9 coal resource-based cities in Shanxi Province,and 16 cities including Handan City and Taian City in surrounding provinces as research samples,the evaluation index system for the transformation and development of competitiveness of coal resource-based cities is constructed.Factor analysis of urban competitiveness under the transformation and development of Jincheng City.Then,the SWOT method is used to analyze the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats of Jincheng in the transformation and development stage,and the SWOT matrix is made.Finally,based on the actual situation of Jincheng,it puts forward targeted suggestions in five aspects: industrial structure adjustment,environmental improvement,optimization of government functions,expansion of opening to the outside world,and improvement of the level of talents,science and education.Provide a reference to reshape the urban competitiveness of Jincheng. |
