At the 75 th session of the United Nations General Assembly,China pledged to achieve carbon peaking by 2030 and carbon neutrality by 2060,taking a series of positive measures to address global climate change and increasing its nationally determined contributions.The building materials industry,as the material basis for the construction of new urbanization and the rapid development of green buildings,is of great significance to the green transformation of China’s economy and society and the continuous promotion of the "double carbon" work.However,there are still obstacles to the development of green building materials industry and enterprises.In the face of the increasingly refined,specialized and novel requirements of new green building materials for various new buildings and ultra-low energy buildings in the market,the research and mastery of key core technologies by enterprises is still insufficient,and the enthusiasm for research and development is not high and the protection is not strong,so it is urgent to accelerate the innovation and research and development of green building materials enterprises.There are many complex manufacturing processes,shortage of supporting equipment,high energy-saving and environmental protection requirements,large investment scale and other characteristics of green building materials enterprise research and development,which leads to green building materials enterprises in the research and development of new projects need to consider many risk factors,good project risk management is vital for the benefit of enterprise research and development projects.This paper firstly briefly describes the development status of the green building materials industry and enterprises at home and abroad,focuses on the theory of risk identification and assessment in project risk management,and determines the research direction,content and technical route of this paper.Secondly,based on various studies by scholars on the risk factors of R&D projects,as well as the basic analysis of green building materials enterprise risks and R&D project risks,31 green building materials R&D project risk factors in 5 major categories are initially identified;the industry expert consultation method and the hierarchical analysis method are used to optimize and improve the risk factors.Thirdly,a structural framework of risk assessment model with the vertical combination of AHP and BP neural network was constructed,and a risk assessment index system for green building materials enterprises’ R&D projects was established,and the weight values of each index in the index system were derived according to the hierarchical analysis method.Fourthly,the BP neural network was trained using 44 case risk evaluation data of green building materials R&D projects to obtain a risk assessment model based on the vertical combination of AHP and BP neural network suitable for this research object.Finally,this paper applies the risk assessment model to a light grey triple silver low-e coated glass R&D project of Company B as an example,and makes comprehensive and objective risk assessment of the project,and proposes risk management recommendations for the R&D project,such as improving personalized service capability,reducing resource and energy consumption levels,strengthening intellectual property protection,and optimizing technology route selection measures.
