| This paper takes the actual demands of the stone machining industry as the background,and aims at the automatic welding transformation demands of stone litchi surface processing tools in Fujian Province.First,the welding experiments were carried out,and the welding parameters of cemented carbide YG8 and 45 steel are analyzed and studied.After obtaining the best welding parameters of the pneumatic hammer head,in order to improve the welding efficiency of the pneumatic hammer head and achieve high-performance automatic welding of the pneumatic hammer head,the automatic welding equipment of pneumatic hammer is designed.The main research work of this paper is as follows:(1)The manufacturing process of pneumatic hammer used for processing litchi surface stone is analyzed.The handle is made of 45 steel and the hammer head is made of cemented carbide YG8.The advantages and disadvantages of common welding methods in industry in pneumatic hammer head welding are analyzed.It is found that high-frequency induction brazing is easier to realize automatic welding.(2)The welding experiments of cemented carbide YG and 45 steel were carried out using copper filler metal and silver filler metal respectively.The effects of welding time,welding temperature,heat preservation and filler metal type on the microstructure,width and strength were analyzed.The results show that both the welding time and the welding temperature have important influence on microstructure.With the increase of welding time and temperature,the weld width gradually decreases.With the increase of welding time,the welding strength gradually increases first,reaches the maximum value,and then gradually decreases.With the increase of welding temperature,the welding strength increases gradually at first,and then tends to be stable.The best welding parameters of cemented carbide YG8 and 45 steel are: copper brazing filler metal,welding time of 18 s,welding temperature of 950℃.If conditions permit,lime can be used for heat preservation after welding to obtain the best welding performance.(3)For the automatic welding of pneumatic hammer head,the welding process is divided into seven steps: automatic feeding and inspection,automatic drilling,automatic assembly of hammer head,pre welding inspection,automatic placement of solder,and automatic welding to obtain finished products.The overall flow operation layout of these seven welding steps is designed.Then,through the mechanical structure design and electrical control system design,the seven welding step units are designed respectively.Finally,the seven step units are integrated into the indexing turntable to realize the automatic flow operation mode,forming an equipment that can realize the full-automatic welding of the pneumatic hammer.The equipment is simple,compact,safe and reliable,and has high welding efficiency. |
