| Organosilicon quaternary ammonium salt antibacterial agent is a kind of cationic organic antibacterial agent.Because of its broad-spectrum and efficient antibacterial performance,extremely low biological toxicity,strong combination with textile fibers,and durable antibacterial effect,it is widely used in the field of textile dyeing and finishing antibacterial finishing.Organic silicon quaternary ammonium salt antibacterial agent BK is a newly developed antibacterial agent.It introduces a long chain alkane into the structure of organic silicon quaternary ammonium salt,further improving the antibacterial performance of the antibacterial agent.However,this long-chain alkane also causes the finished cotton fabric to obtain strong hydrophobic property and lose its original excellent moisture absorption,which greatly affects the comfort of cotton fabric,and also restricts the further development and wider application of silicone quaternary ammonium salt antibacterial agent BK.In order to solve this problem,in this paper,cotton fabric is used as the substrate,and the silicone quaternary ammonium salt antibacterial agent BK with the above hydrophobic characteristics is studied.The multifunctional cotton fabric with antibacterial hydrophilic and antibacterial unidirectional moisture transmission is prepared,and its process and performance are optimized and explored,in order to improve the shortcomings of this finishing agent from the hydrophilic and enhanced moisture transmission aspects,and develop antibacterial textiles with excellent comprehensive performance.The main contents and results are as follows:The subject first evaluated the antibacterial property and antibacterial durability of the silicone quaternary ammonium salt antibacterial agent BK.The experimental results showed that the antibacterial rate of the cotton fabric finished with the antibacterial agent against E.coli and S.aureus was 99.99%,and the antibacterial rate was still higher than 93% after 50 times of washing,which had excellent antibacterial property and durability.At the same time,the water contact angle of the anti-bacterial finished cotton fabric was tested,reaching 138 ° when it was not washed,and 128.9 ° when it was 180 s after 50 times of washing,showing strong hydrophobicity.In addition,the anti bacterial adhesion performance of antibacterial textiles has not received due attention,and there is also a lack of corresponding domestic and foreign standards.In this paper,the anti bacterial adhesion of cotton fabric after antibacterial finishing was investigated.The results showed that the cotton fabric treated with antibacterial agent BK had an anti bacterial adhesion rate of more than 97%,showing excellent anti bacterial adhesion performance.In order to improve the hydrophilicity of cotton fabric treated with antibacterial agent,the cotton fabric was treated with dip rolling method by mixing the commercial hydrophilic agent and silicone quaternary ammonium salt antibacterial agent BK.The effects of the amount of hydrophilic agent,the amount of crosslinking agent,the baking temperature and the baking time on the antibacterial hydrophilicity of cotton fabric were discussed through single factor tests,so as to optimize the finishing process.The results showed that the optimized finishing process was as follows: antibacterial agent BK 30 g/L,hydrophilic assistant 30 g/L,crosslinking agent 20 g/L,baking temperature 160 ℃,baking time 2 min.Under the optimum processing conditions,the antibacterial hydrophilic cotton fabric has the same gross effect as the untreated cotton fabric,and the wetting time of water drops is less than 1s.Antibacterial hydrophilic cotton fabric has an antibacterial rate of 99.99% against both bacteria,and its antibacterial and hydrophilic properties can withstand 50 times of washing,and its antibacterial adhesion rate can also reach more than 85%.In addition,the strength and whiteness of the finished cotton fabric have decreased,and the handle has almost no change.In order to make the cotton fabric obtain more excellent moisture transmission and perspiration capacity,this topic also made use of the hydrophobicity of silicone quaternary ammonium salt antibacterial agent BK to prepare antibacterial one-way moisture transmission multi-functional cotton fabric through two methods.One method is to make the antibacterial agent into a hydrophobic paste,and finish it on the cotton fabric pretreated by nano Ti O2 in the form of single-sided discontinuous hydrophobic coating,so as to obtain a multi-functional cotton fabric with UV protection,antibacterial and unidirectional moisture transmission.The multi-functional cotton fabric has excellent performance,its UPF value is 273.99,one-way transmission index is 500.9094,reaching grade 5 indicators,and its antibacterial rate against E.coli and S.aureus is 99.99%,and it can still maintain more than 90% after 20 times of washing.However,the multifunctional cotton fabric prepared by single coating method has poor anti bacterial adhesion performance,and its moisture permeability and air permeability are slightly lower than those of the untreated cotton fabric.In the other method,the antibacterial hydrophobic cotton fabric finished with silicone quaternary ammonium salt antibacterial agent BK was etched discontinuously on one side by oxygen plasma,and the antibacterial unidirectional moisture conductive cotton fabric was prepared.The influence of discharge power and etching time on the etching effect of cotton fabric was investigated.The final process parameters were discharge power 200 W and etching time 5 min.At this time,the unidirectional transmission index of cotton fabric is 468.2521,rated as Grade 5,and has little damage to the strength of cotton fabric.At the same time,the antibacterial unidirectional moisture conductive cotton fabric prepared by plasma etching has99.99% bacteriostatic rate and more than 97% anti bacterial adhesion rate,and the bacteriostatic rate can remain more than 85% after 50 times of washing.In addition,the moisture permeability and air permeability of the etched cotton fabric are also much higher than those of the hydrophobic cotton fabric treated with antibacterial agent BK alone,which significantly improves the wearing comfort of the antibacterial finished fabric. |
