| It is a pity that the number of explosion accidents in China’s chemical industry will continue to increase in recent years,especially the number of explosion accidents in the chemical industry,which should meet the demand of people’s economy.However,it is still a pity that there are a large number of explosion accidents in the chemical industry in recent years.Therefore,it is particularly important to curb the continuous chemical explosion accidents.In order to curb the frequent chemical explosion accidents,this paper adopts the following methods: first,using the method of literature analysis,this paper analyzes the research status at home and abroad;Secondly,the macro law of chemical explosion accidents in China in recent years is analyzed by mathematical statistics;Thirdly,the "2-4" model of accident cause is used to analyze the accident cause of LPG leakage explosion,which occurs the most frequently in chemical explosion accidents,which paves the way for the simulation in the following paper;Fourth,using fluent simulation software to simulate the accident causes analyzed above,further verify the analysis of the accident causes in Chapter 3,and study the specific impact of the accident causes on the accident;Fifthly,combined with the 3E principle,the corresponding countermeasures are put forward.The specific research results are as follows:1.The macro law of chemical explosion accident is studied.Although the overall trend of chemical explosion accidents from 2009 to 2019 fluctuated,it showed a downward trend as a whole;There are many accidents in economically developed and resource rich areas such as Jiangsu and Shaanxi;Chemical explosion accidents occur most in the storage link,and the main danger of the storage link is leakage;Among all kinds of hazardous chemicals,hydrocarbons have the most accidents,especially LPG.2.The causes of 25 LPG leakage and explosion accidents are comprehensively analyzed,and the direct causes of the accidents are obtained,including 14 categories and 159 items of human unsafe behavior and 6 categories and 56 items of material unsafe state;39 types of indirect causes,187 items;14 categories of root causes,163items;There are 19 categories of root causes and 202 items.3.The highest proportion of people’s unsafe behaviors is "illegal operation",including 6 categories and 75 items.According to the number of occurrences,they are "illegal hot work","excessive overload","failure to use safety protection or isolation facilities","poor ventilation" and "too close to the storage device";The most frequent unsafe conditions of objects are "poor sealing of the device" and "poor working environment".4.Since the necessary conditions for explosion and leakage are "illegal hot work" and "poor sealing of the device",they are not included in the simulation.The simulation of the above other accident causes shows that the above accident causes will have a great impact on the LPG leakage and explosion accident,including: "excessive overload","failure to use safety protection or isolation facilities","poor ventilation" "Too close to the storage device" will increase the possible range of explosion.In "harsh working environment",the possible range of explosion is directly proportional to "ambient temperature" and "sunshine intensity" and inversely proportional to "relative humidity".5.In view of the "illegal operation" with the highest proportion in human unsafe behavior,combined with the 3E principle,this paper puts forward countermeasures from the two aspects of technology and management,while in view of the "bad working environment" with the highest proportion in the unsafe state of objects,this paper puts forward countermeasures from the technical aspect in combination with the 3E principle.This paper combines accident statistics,accident cause analysis and simulation,and puts forward countermeasures to curb the LPG leakage explosion accident which occurs most frequently in chemical explosion accidents,hoping to provide direction for the prevention of accidents. |
