In view of the problem that polyester fiber products are easy to generate static electricity,silk sericin was used for modification of polyeste fabric.The methods of UV irradiation and horseradish peroxidase system were used to catalyze the grafting of sericin onto polyester,respectively,endowing the polyester with hydrophilic property and improved anti-static performance.Based on the combination use of deposited nano particles,the changes in the anti ultraviolet and formaldehyde removal ability for the functional polyester fabric were explored.More details on the specific research contents and the obtained results are listed as follows:In order to improve the combination ability of sericin and polyester fiber,the vinyl modification of polyester fabric and sericin was carried out with methacrylic anhydride(MA);On this basis,the modified mSS/mPET/UV fabric was obtained by catalytic grafting and cross-linking of vinyl modified polyester fabric(mPET)and vinyl sericin(mSS)with UV irradiation.In the study,the effect of alkali pretreatment was evaluated by staining method,and the effect of vinyl modification was analyzed by iodine solution coloring method and Fourier infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR);Scanning electron microscopy(SEM),dyeing method and element analysis(EDS)were used to evaluate the grafting modification effect of sericin on the prepared mSS/mPET/UV fabric,and the changes of the fabric’s moisture absorption and antistatic properties.The results show that UV irradiation can effectively catalyze sericin grafting on the surface of polyester fiber through free radical reaction,and the moisture absorption and antistatic properties of modified polyester fiber are improved to a certain extent.In order to further improve the antistatic finishing effect,the enzyme based mSS/mPET/HRP fabric was prepared by using HRP-H2O2-ACAC ternary system to catalyze the crosslinking of mSS and mPET.The graft effect and antistatic property of mSS/mPET/HRP fabric were evaluated by the same method,and the anti-oxidation property of the fabric was determined.The results show that the HRP ternary catalytic system can not only catalyze the reaction of vinyl sericin with vinyl polyester fabric,but also catalyze the self crosslinking of sericin,introduce more hydrophilic groups at the limited sites on the polyester surface,and improve the surface hydrophilicity of the modified polyester fabric.At the same time,the introduction of sericin also gives the fabric a certain anti-oxidation performance,which is better than the UV photocatalytic method.On this basis,the functional polyester fabric was prepared by doping nanoparticles.TiO2@mSS/mPET/HRP composite fabric was prepared by enzymic method by doping nano TiO2in mSS,which endows modified polyester with UV resistance function.MnO2@mSS/mPET/HRP fabric was prepared by doping nano MnO2in mSS,and the particle size of MnO2was further processed to make its particle size smaller and uniform,which gave the modified polyester aldehyde removal function.The UV resistance,formaldehyde removal and washable resistance of the fabrics were tested.The results show that the fabric with TiO2has UV resistance,good washing resistance,and a certain function of formaldehyde removal.The MnO2@mSS/mPET/HRP fabric prepared with MnO2as raw material not only has excellent formaldehyde removal and UV resistance function,but also has good aldehyde removal effect after washing,which has potential application prospect in functional decorative polyester textiles.
