Research On Implementation Of Overall Equipment Effectiveness Management Of WJ Company

As global intensification competition,more and more manufacturing enterprises are facing the challenge from automated production transformation.The management of automatic production equipment efficiency become important.How to implement OEE(Overall Equipment Effectiveness)and deliver Total Productivity Maintenance is mandatory to the enterprises.With reference of research on OEE and MES(Manufacturing Execution System),the paper takes OEE management in WJ Company as research object,combines the production characteristics and scale of WJ Company,summarizes its implementation status of OEE management based on manual,and analyzes problems.By comparing the calculation methods and principles of typical OEE,this paper proposes to improve the management ability of OEE and solve the management problems by collecting and tracking the three indexes equipment performance,availability and production scrap rate.In the design,research how to achieve the WJ company in the OEE information automatic collection,analysis and tracking and improve the OEE management through information integration,data tracking,function association and report tool utilization;Analyze the actual effect of the implementation plan in WJ Company,summarize the improvement of OEE management to confirm the effectiveness.The research results of this paper have certain reference value for WJ company OEE management implementation,Total Productivity Maintenance.
