Study On The Management Of Urban Construction Waste In Jinjiang City

In recent years,Jinjiang City has carried out a lot of development and relocation.On the one hand,the scale and level of urban construction have been significantly improved.On the other hand,large-scale development resulted in large amounts of municipal construction waste.From 2017 to 2020,the output of urban construction waste in Jinjiang City exceeded 2.6 million tons.It has brought great pressure on the environmental sanitation of Jinjiang City.While the output of urban construction waste increases,the management level of urban construction waste in Jinjiang needs to be improved.This paper uses the“seamless government theory” and “government regulation theory” to investigate the actual situation of relevant institutions,relevant regulations and policies,and the whole process of urban construction waste management in Jinjiang City.The study found that due to insufficient attention,lack of professional level,avoidance of administrative risks,weak concept of environmental protection,difficulty in law enforcement,difficulty in examining and approving consumption sites,lack of preferential policies,lack of planning guidance,incomplete data statistics and imperfect informatization,the management of urban construction waste in Jinjiang is under the control of policies,systems,management institutions There are many problems in the management process.Therefore,combined with the experience and Enlightenment of urban construction waste management in Fuzhou and Xiamen,this paper puts forward some suggestions on implementing relevant institutional reform and improving the urban construction waste management guarantee system in Jinjiang.From the perspective of topic selection and content,this paper takes the management of urban construction waste in Jinjiang City as the research theme,which has practical significance.This paper examines this problem by means of observation,interview,literature analysis,and comparative analysis,which makes the research on urban construction waste management in Jinjiang more feasible.This paper deeply and pertinently studies the management of urban construction waste in Jinjiang City,which provides a certain reference value for the research in this field.
