| In today’s world,the increasing prominence of ecological and environmental issues has put the traditional industrial development model to a severe test,and all sectors of society have begun to re-examine the goal of industrial structure optimisation.Therefore,how to measure the level of industrial structure optimisation in the new era has also become a hot topic of research for scholars today.Nowadays,the pursuit of comprehensive economic and ecological benefits has gradually become the new goal of industrial structure optimisation,while the traditionally constructed index system for measuring the level of industrial structure optimisation is mainly aimed at economic benefits.Therefore,this paper firstly uses system dynamics to study the inner mechanism of industrial structure optimisation and upgrading,and on this basis uses the Delphi method and hierarchical analysis to construct an index system for measuring the level of industrial structure optimisation based on the perspective of ecological environment,adding a new perspective of ecology to the index division level of the traditional mainstream system,providing theoretical support and analytical tools for the study of industrial structure optimisation in the new era.This provides theoretical support and analytical tools for the study of industrial structure optimisation in the new era.Secondly,Xuzhou City is selected as a case city to analyse its industrial structure optimisation level based on an ecological perspective,and the validity of the evaluation index system is verified in this way.The results of the data show that the current industrial structure optimisation of Xuzhou city has problems such as slow development trend of high-tech industries,limited energy structure and outstanding resource and environmental conflicts.Therefore,based on the results of this paper,it can be seen that in order to realise the optimisation and upgrading of the industrial structure with comprehensive economic and ecological benefits,it is necessary to realise the synergistic development of the rationalisation,advanced and ecological industrial structure by upgrading the level of industrial development,strengthening the expenditure on the development and protection of resources and environment,and strengthening the support of innovative technology and talents. |
