Under the background of China ’s current power system reform and the carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals,China’s new energy has been vigorously developed,and new energy has continuously squeezed the survival and development space of thermal power generation.The thermal power generation industry has suffered tremendous competition and survival pressure.In order to survive in the competitive electricity market,thermal power enterprises urgently need to reduce costs and improve industry competitiveness.Thermal power enterprises mainly rely on coal for production and power generation,and coal-fired costs account for about 70%of the total costs.Therefore,reducing coal-fired procurement costs is an important task to enhance the competitiveness of thermal power enterprises.In the current context,thermal power enterprises need to formulate appropriate coal procurement strategies to purchase coal at a reasonable price,thereby reducing coal procurement costs,improving enterprise efficiency,and ensuring the core competitiveness of enterprises in the highly competitive electricity market.Therefore,it is urgent to study the optimization of coal procurement cost in thermal power enterprises.This paper takes the domestic A thermal power enterprise as the research object,and combines the actual production and operation of the enterprise to optimize the coal procurement cost.At present,A thermal power enterprises mainly have problems in coal procurement and blending.In terms of coal procurement,procurement management has not been carried out considering the economy of multi-coal coal blending;in terms of coal blending,the coal type of coal blending is relatively single,which is not conducive to the decision-making and procurement of enterprises from many coal suppliers.In addition,coal blending only relies on the subjective experience of business personnel,and only focuses on the calorific value of coal,ignoring the safety requirements of boilers for other coal quality.In this context,this paper collects and processes the historical data of coal combustion in A thermal power enterprise,and optimizes the coal procurement and blending links of A thermal power enterprise.Firstly,the specific problems of coal procurement and coal blending in A thermal power enterprise are analyzed.Secondly,on the issue of coal blending cost optimization,this paper constructs a linear optimization model with the lowest total cost of coal blending as the goal.Under the full consideration of the boiler’s requirements for coal quality,the model is solved,and finally the coal blending result with the lowest coal blending cost is obtained.Finally,based on the research results of the coal blending model,according to the dynamic programming theory,a coal procurement optimization model based on blending economy is constructed,and the genetic algorithm is used to solve the model.The final analysis results show that the model constructed in this paper can not only effectively simulate the coal blending and coal procurement process of A thermal power enterprise,but also help enterprise decision makers to make appropriate coal procurement decisions.The analysis results meet the actual operation of the enterprise and meet the effectiveness and rationality of the production and operation of the enterprise.The research in this paper is conducive to the accurate grasp of the coal procurement process of A thermal power enterprise coal management decision makers,and improves the rationality and scientificity of coal procurement strategy formulation.The cost optimization model constructed in this paper is helpful to reduce the coal procurement cost of A thermal power enterprise in practice.It plays a very important role in enhancing the competitiveness of power market and improving the economic benefits of enterprises.It also has guiding significance for other thermal powerenterprises.
