A Study On The Historical Evolution Of The Green Development Concept Of The Communist Party Of China And The Path To Its Further Practice In The New Journey

Every era has its own problems,and only when the problems of the era are solved can society be moved forward.In the face of a series of ecological problems such as the global ecological crisis and the deterioration of the domestic ecological environment,How to deal with the relationship between man and nature has become the urgent question of the age,to which the Party Central Committee must respond in the new era.The Party Central Committee,headed by Comrade Xi Jinping,responded to the trend of the times and the expectations of the people by putting forward the five major development concepts of"innovation,coordination,green,openness and sharing" for the first time at the Fifth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee.Among them,green development,as a new concept,is not only related to the sustainable development of economy,society and human beings,but also has an important guiding significance for the successful completion of the 14th Five-Year Plan,the promotion of the construction of beautiful China and the realization of the sustainable development of the Chinese nation.This dissertation adopts a combination of theoretical and practical research methods,and consists of six chapters.In the theoretical research part,the basic theory of green development concept is discussed,the background and ideological origin of the green development concept of the Communist Party of China are discussed,and the historical evolution of the green development concept of the Communist Party of China since the reform and opening up is sorted out;in the practical research part,the results achieved in the process of practicing the green development concept in China are summarized,and the problems existing in the process of practicing the green development concept in China at present are discussed.In the practical research section,we summarize the results achieved in the process of practicing the green development concept in China,and study the path of practicing the green development concept in the new journey based on the current problems in the process of practicing the green development concept.The first chapter introductory part briefly discusses the purpose and significance of the thesis,followed by the status quo of the research on the selected topic at home and abroad,and finally elaborates the important and difficult points of the thesis and the research methods used.The second chapter discusses the basic theory of green development concept.The meaning of green development and the definition of the core concepts of green development concept are mainly elaborated,and the distinctive features of the green development concept itself are further summarized and the green development concept is interpreted in a deeper level.Chapter 3 elaborates the background and ideological traceability of the green development concept of the Communist Party of China.In the face of the global ecological crisis and the real situation of China,the green development concept is generated and developed on the basis of the ecological civilization ideological experience of western countries,the simple ecological civilization wisdom of traditional Chinese culture,and the ecological civilization ideas of classic Marxist writers.Chapter 4 compares the historical evolution of the CPC’s green development philosophy.In order to reflect the logical coherence,the green concepts of successive major leading groups are summarized and divided into four stages:Deng Xiaoping’s concept of coordinated development,Jiang Zemin’s concept of sustainable development,Hu Jintao’s concept of ecological civilization construction and Xi Jinping’s concept of green development,highlighting the persistent search for green development by several generations of the central leading groups of the CPC.Chapter 5 analyzes the effectiveness and problems of practicing the green development concept.Based on the theoretical achievements and the real situation of the exploration of the green development concept by the Communist Party of China,the thesis gives rational thoughts on the effectiveness and problems in the process of practicing the green development concept in China.On the one hand,in terms of effectiveness,the domestic ecological environment has been improved,the awareness of ecological civilization has become increasingly strong,and the cause of ecological construction has been successfully promoted;on the other hand,in terms of the existing problems,the transformation of the economic development mode has been constrained to a certain extent,the legal guarantee of green development needs to be strengthened,the awareness of the main responsibility of green development is weak,and the international ecological cooperation and governance needs to be improved.Chapter 6 focuses on the path selection of the new journey to deeply practice the concept of green development.In line with the challenges of national environmental practice,China will be guided to embark on a new journey of comprehensively building a socialist modern country and explore a green development path suitable for China’s national conditions from four levels:promoting the green transformation of economic development mode,accelerating the construction of ecological civilization system,gathering the consensus of green development of the whole society,and strengthening the cooperation of global ecological governance.
