Research On The Optimization Of Environmental Protection Administrative Law Enforcement In Area A Of S City

Since the 18th National Congress of the CPC,ecological progress has been included in the five-in-one plan,along with economic,political,cultural and social progress.The idea that "Clear waters and green mountains are as good as mountains of gold and silver "has gradually impacted popularity.It’s important to improve environmental Administrative law enforcement for promoting ecology and environment protection.Under the background of building a service-oriented government that the people are satisfied with,it is great practical significance to promote environmental protection administrative law enforcement work to take into account both "intensity"and "temperature".As a law enforcement official on the frontline,author take the environmental law enforcement of county A for example,uses a variety of research methods,such as literature research method,case analysis method,field research method,and interview method.It is found that there are four major problems in county A,including the imperfect system and mechanism,the standardization of law enforcement process to be improved,Law enforcement efficiency is not high and the guidance of public opinion to be improved.Through theoretical analysis,interview and case analysis,the main causes of these problems include weak applicability of the system and actual;lack of supervision and assessment of process specifications,meanwhile the process specifications not timely update;low professional level of law enforcement teams;weak awareness of public guidance and lack of experience.Generally,to solve the existing problems of environmental law enforcement in County A,we must start from the following angles.The first is improve the governance and standard,the second is to strengthen assessment and supervision,standardize the law enforcement,the third is to improve professional quality and stabilize the law enforcement team,the forth is enhance the awareness of law popularization and build a propaganda position.Through these measures,it can help the environmental protection work in County A to take into account the legality and rationality of law enforcement,which can be more acceptable.Meanwhile,it can also have reference significance for environmental law enforcement in other cities.
