With the development of market economy,consumers ’ demand for personalized and diversified products is increasing,which makes the plate custom furniture develop rapidly.The market ’s demand for product diversification puts forward higher requirements for the flexibility of enterprise production process.The focus of enterprises to win in the competition is whether they can organize production quickly and effectively based on rich product diversification and provide products to customers in time.Therefore,the current research on production scheduling optimization based on the complete set of objectives has certain significance for plate-type customized furniture enterprises.The research contents and results of this paper are as follows:(1)Conduct theoretical research on manufacturing production scheduling and nesting.Conduct in-depth research on furniture enterprises,understand the existing scheduling mode and production process of plate-type customized furniture enterprises,analyze the problems existing in the production and operation of the enterprises,and give reasonable suggestions,so as to provide reference for other enterprises.(2)The working time is the key to optimize the scheduling of production.Based on this point,the A board furniture enterprise is investigated and measured.The equipment,workshop layout and operation process of the process are divided into different working units.The stopwatch method and sampling survey method are used to measure each time.The measurement and calculation method suitable for the normal working time of plate customized furniture is obtained.By comparing with the actual data,the coincidence rate is more than 85%.(3)Through the calculation of the standard processing time,taking into account the differences in the processing time of different parts,taking the kit as the goal,and considering the equipment maintenance cycle,a production scheduling optimization model suitable for panel customized furniture enterprises is established,and the particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to solve the problem.Three sets of customized product orders are substituted into the simulation experiment.The experimental results show that compared with the current production scheduling method based on delivery capacity,the production scheduling based on order set reduces the production time by 4414 seconds and increases the production efficiency by 16%.The validity and feasibility of the model in the production scheduling problem of furniture enterprises are verified,which provides a new idea for enterprises to formulate new production plans.(4)In view of the shortcomings of the current enterprise complete system and information system,Tableau software is used to connect the enterprise’s ERP system to integrate the enterprise resources,so as to realize the information connection and material complete visualization of each department.Through Anylogic software,the plan of furniture production order and the utilization rate of production resources are monitored,and the data of Anylogic and Tableau are connected in series to improve production efficiency and provide guidance for the actual production of enterprises. |
