| From the preparation of new,environment-friendly and high-performance kitchen furniture,Choose eucalyptus wood veneer as the base material,Waterborne epoxy resin is an adhesive agent,Under the laboratory conditions,With veneer glue dosage,thermal pressure temperature,thermal pressure time and thermal pressure as experimental factors,LVL experiment,To test its physical and mechanical properties,Exploring the influence of experimental factors on the properties of eucalyptus epoxy resin,Determine the optimal process,Then modified short cut basalt fiber is used to make mechanical enhancement and flame retardant modification,The influence of fiber modification method and adding amount on the mechanical properties and flame retardant properties of eucalyptus wood with epoxy resin was explored.Finally,based on the final preparation of water epoxy resin glue gum laminar material good mechanical properties,dimensional stability,mechanical performance,in the shape of eat hutch furniture and structure design application exploration and practice,put forward suitable for the material characteristics of furniture modelling and structure design method,for the design and development of green LVL furniture.The main research results of this paper are presented as follows:(1)The best process is:230 g/m2,thermal pressure temperature 120℃,thermal pressure time 1.0 min/mm,thermal pressure pressure 2 MPa.In the process of preparing LVL at high temperature,the temperature of the thermal pressure influence the physical and mechanical properties of the accumulated material.Within a certain range,the hot pressure temperature is too high,the adhesive is easy to excessively cure brittle or thermal oxidation decomposition,and the wood substrate will also be pyrolysis.If the hot pressure time is too long,the plastic deformation produced by the plate will make the stress distribution inside the plate uneven and thus affect its performance.(2)The addition of modified basalt fiber is conducive to improving the ability of water epoxy resin adhesive matrix to further expand the constraint microcracks,and can improve the toughness of water epoxy resin adhesive monayer material.The combination interface of acid etching and silane coupling agent combined with the modified basalt fiber and waterborne epoxy resin adhesive is good,and the mechanical properties of the prepared monolithic materials are slightly improved.Within a certain range,with the addition of basalt fiber,the interface binding force of composite materials is significantly improved,and the cross skeleton formed is compact and effective,so that they have good tensile strength,especially when the content of basalt fiber reaches 2 wt%,the performance of composite materials will be significantly improved.(3)The modified basalt fiber is mixed with water-based epoxy resin adhesive to effectively improve the thermal stability of water-based epoxy resin adhesive.And it can effectively reduce the heat release rate and total heat release of composite laminated material,low ignition time,high fire performance index,its flame retardant performance is improved,which is fully suitable for materials in indoor flammable areas.(4)The water-based epoxy resin gum eucalyptus monolithic material developed in this experiment is smooth and beautiful in appearance,diverse in specifications,not affected by log shape and defects,excellent mechanical properties,easy processing,fire retardant and green environmental protection,which is very suitable for the manufacturing of kitchen furniture.The paper from aqueous epoxy resin gum eucalyptus monayer... |
