Using high-performance fibers as polymer reinforcement materials is expected to result in lightweight,high-strength polymer composites.Basalt fiber has excellent mechanical properties similar to glass fiber and carbon fiber,but also has good corrosion resistance,which has been widely concerned by materials researchers.To obtain a composite material with good performance,a good interfacial bond must be formed between the reinforcement material and the polymer matrix.In this paper,an amic acid hybrid emulsion with outstanding high temperature resistance was synthesized to realize the surface modification of basalt fiber to improve the interface bonding strength of basalt fiber reinforced polymer matrix composites.The main research contents and results are as follows:The thesis uses graphene oxide and modified SiO2 nanoparticles to modify the amic acid emulsion,synthesize graphene oxide,nano SiO2/amic acid hybrid emulsion,study the stability and high temperature resistance of the emulsion,and use the hybrid emulsion The surface treatment of the basalt fiber was carried out,and the application of the emulsion on the surface of the fiber by EDS,SEM,AFM and other means,the tensile properties of the fiber and the interface shear properties of the basalt fiber-reinforced epoxy resin were studied.The results show that graphene oxide and nano-SiO2/amic acid hybrid emulsion have uniform dispersion,good stability,and good heat resistance;the surface roughness of the coated fiber increases,the tensile strength of the monofilament increases,and the graphene oxide/amic acid The IFSS between basalt fiber and epoxy resin after hybrid emulsion treatment increased from 14.44 MPa to 25.6 MPa,an increase of 77.28%,and the IFSS between basalt fiber and epoxy resin after nano SiO2/amic acid hybrid emulsion treatment increased to 27.59 MPa,an increase of 91.07%.
