Railway transportation is an important part of freight transportation in our country,and the container transportation of dangerous goods is one of the important links.The dangerous characteristics of dangerous goods determine the need for safe and fast transport carrier,compared with the traditional transport,container transport is more convenient and efficient.Container,as a modern mode of transport,makes every link in the process of goods circulation change greatly,which promotes the transportation revolution in the 20 th century,make the transport industry gradually to mechanization,automation development.The transport of dangerous goods by containers has long been concerned by countries all over the world,the existing researches mainly focus on the design of the cushioning package,the natural frequency analysis,resonance analysis and acceleration response analysis of the dynamics of the package,etc.,the change of temperature in container results in less change of packaging performance.Therefore,the effects of temperature field and thermal stress on the natural frequency,resonance range and acceleration of packaging materials are analyzed,and the safety-related problems of dangerous goods container transportation are studied,in order to improve the security of dangerous goods transport,it is of practical significance to ensure the organization of railway freight transport..In this paper,the domestic and foreign dangerous goods transport-related research conducted in-depth analysis,and the current status of research was summarized.The existing researches mainly focus on the design of the cushioning package,the natural frequency analysis,resonance analysis and acceleration response analysis of the dynamics of the package,etc.,the change of temperature in container results in less change of packaging performance.Based on the above analysis,carry out relevant research.Firstly,the paper analyzes the factors influencing the safety of dangerous goods containerized before and after loading.The factors affecting the loading of dangerous goods include storage,handling and packaging.The influence factors of dangerous goods after packing mainly involve two aspects: temperature and shock vibration.Secondly,the theory of container heat conduction is introduced.The initial conditions,boundary conditions and transient heat are discussed.On this basis,the finite element model of the container is established,and the transient change of the temperature field in the container is analyzed according to the simulation results.Then the plane thermal stress theory and the transient thermal stress theory are analyzed.In this paper,the data of temperature field is introduced into the analysis module to solve the change of thermal stress of observation point under transient and steady temperature fields.Then the finite element modal analysis method is determined by analyzing the inherent characteristic theory.The natural frequencies and mode shapes of the steady and transient temperature fields at room temperature are obtained by introducing the temperature data of observation points into the modal analysis.Based on the simulation results,the natural frequency of the structure under three different environmental conditions is compared and analyzed,and the reason of natural frequency change is obtained.At last,the theory and method of vibration response analysis are described in two cases:steady temperature field and transient temperature field.The observed data are put into the response analysis module,and the frequency response function curve of the observation point is obtained.On this basis,the response characteristics of the structure under normal temperature,steady temperature field and transient temperature field are compared and analyzed.In this paper,a finite element model considering temperature field and thermal stress is established.The validity of the model is verified by simulation,the model can reflect the effect of temperature field and thermal stress on the natural frequency,resonance range and acceleration of packaging materials,which is in accordance with the actual situation.The research in this paper can provide technical support for the organization of railway freight transport and effectively ensure the safety of dangerous goods transport.The temperature field in the container is very complex in the actual transportation process,and the change rule of the force caused by the track irregularity,the vibration during starting and stopping and the force during emergency braking is unknown,the transportation of dangerous goods can be studied according to the complex change of temperature field and the comprehensive superposition of multi-stress.
